I was planning to attend Strayer University. Went through the entire process but decided not to take any classes. I did not enroll in any classes at all. Once I decided I would not attend school I was told I would have to pay $250. I asked why is that. I was told its part of their cancellation. No one told me of this during my process of enrolling. If it was told to me up front then I would have never gone through the process. Now Strayer has turned this amount over to a collection company and causing issues with my credit rating. I want this $250 removed from me completely.

I am rejecting this response because: I dont have access to Strayer to get this release form because they have turned this amount over to a collection agency. If they wanted the form, why didnt they provide to the BBB to give to me to complete? Strayer University  seems to lie then tell the truth!

      Sincerely,

After I sent my rejection email to you all, I received an email from Strayer saying they would waive the $225 and speak with the collection agency. If Strayer does this then please close my complaint against them.
