      I took my 2023 jeep wrangler to stereo sound on Getwell and asked for them to make the speakers louder. I was sold marine grade speakers and am amp would do so and was told that would make it loud enough to hear with the doors off. I was told the job was 2-3 hours but did not get my vehicle back until the next afternoon well over 24 hours later. My stereo and speaker wouldnt even work so I had to take it back that day. They said they had to add some more equipment and charged me for that. Saturday my stereo still wouldnt work. I took it back a 3rd time and was told I need to buy a new stereo (mind you this is a 2023 jeep from the dealership just 1 week previously). I have spoken with them multiple times and the only ramification they offer is for me to buy more equipment. I also asked for them to put my vehicle back factory and he refused to do so or provide any refund for faulty work. I had no choice but to take my jeep to another company to have it evaluated and it was found that the wiring is completely messed up, the factory wiring has all been cut, and the speakers are not the ones we were sold. They are simply kickers not marine grade as sold. At one point they messed the truck up so much that my jeep wouldnt even turn over to crank. The work was supposed to be done and I was trying to leave with my jeep. I was told they just picked an empty fuse and put it in there and it fell out. So I had to wait for them to add even more wires for my jeep to crank again. I have tried multiple times to handle through the company without success. **** just says I have to bring it back and get a speaker thats why it wont work. He states he warranties his work but every time I contact him its spend more than originally sold and quoted and am even afraid that he will ultimately damage my vehicle to an unrepeatable condition.

      Hello, this is ***** owner of Stereo Sound, after reviewing your complaint, I just want you to know that you can bring the truck back to the shop and we will take care of your issues, this is normally happens to brand new cars year: 2021-2023, sometimes it needs to be checked more than ones just to make sure that everything is working correctly as it should, I can assure you that we will handle your truck issues when you bring it back to the shop.       I am rejecting this response because I have brought my vehicle up there multiple times to be fixed from the date you were supposed to have it fixed until the day I contacted your company and were told I had to buy even more stuff and you refused to put my vehicle back to factory where the screen can be used unless I buy even more things from you.  The wiring is all messed up, the speakers I purchased are not the ones that got installed, and your company messed my jeep up so much at one point it wouldnt even crank at your shop for me to leave. Your response to bring it back again is inadequate.  Your company messed up a brand new jeep when I was assured you knew what you were doing and sold me equipment you didnt even install.

      We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we tried to explain that this is a common issue happens to new vehicles such as yours, we do our research's everyday to make sure that we don't get to this kind of problems, we also did a few research's on your jeep, the new vehicles models has almost 5-7 *** ********* systems) in them and when we start a new job, we do our best to make sure that we matches the *** requirements in order to prevent almost 150 errors that *** accrue or any other problems that *** cause the speakers for example to not crank up as you referred. Our offer still on for you to bring the truck back to the shop, no extra charge and you don't have to pay anything.

      We tried to reach you a few times to work out a solution and for you to bring back the tools that were left in your vehicle.

      I am rejecting this response because as I have said to your company multiple times, you continue to want more money than the quoted price to fix my truck correctly.  If you did your research you would have known exactly what my vehicle needed.  The speakers installed were not the ones I purchased.  The wiring is completely messed up.  I have information to verify this.  

      I spoke to your company multiple times and was refused for you to put my jeep back to correct operating order without paying even more than the original quoted fees and more than the even more I paid when I brought it back.   Your company did not install the equipment correctly or as stated when I brought it to you.  Why would I bring it back again when you continue to fail to fix the issues, keep my jeep well over quoted times (3-4hrs turned into 26hrs)?  Your company (****) continues to lie.  

      In regards to the tools, as I said before there were no tools left on my jeep at any point during the multiple times I brought my jeep to you to be fixed.
