      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Stereo Sound, located at *************************************, for their substandard service, disrespectful behavior, and unethical conduct during my recent visit to their establishment.On June 24, 2024, between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, I visited Stereo Sound to get my radio fixed. The guy who assisted me was an older gentleman wearing an orange shirt. From the beginning, his behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. He spoke to me in a condescending tone, ignored my concerns, and failed to provide the level of service I expected.Moreover, despite his failure to fix my radio, I was still charged for the service. This is not only unethical but also constitutes poor business practice. To make matters worse, this guy physically threatened me during our interaction, which left me feeling unsafe and deeply disturbed.I believe that no customer should ever have to endure such treatment. The actions of this employee were not just a personal affront but also a severe breach of professional conduct. I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the standards upheld by Stereo Sound, and I strongly urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly.
