    ??WARNING?? NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR CLEANING YOUR VALUABLE ORIENTAL RUGS!I had a silk rug that they not only bleached out the colors with chemicals but colors ran into each other ruining my rug! I brought it to Nus attention many times with supporting pictures and he told me MO knew exactly what he was doing because he had been cleaning rugs for 30+ years. I could never speak with the owner because Nus was running interference. I tried MANY TIMES!To date no one has come out to take a look at the rug. I sent numerous pictures showing the damage. Spoke to Nus several times but with no resolution to them having ruined my $$$$$ rug.The pictures show what color it was when it went to them and what it looked like upon the return. SEE PICS! As shown in the last picture, the back side shows the colors it was when given to ******* this point I have no other choice than to sue for the appraised value of the rug.

    They have an undocumented no return policy. I put money down to think about a rug while having another cleaned and was told they ordered the rug! When I asked what if it did t work they said they ordered it. I should not have bought it but I did and it in fact didnt work. They would not let me return it or get a store credit. When I brought it back the person said he could not help Me because he wasnt in sales!! Expensive ******** Be careful
