    We booked two bookings for limousine service. The first was for 9:00 pm on Friday, May 26, 2023 for a 6 person vehicle to go from ********* to Moscow, **. That ride worked smoothly.The second booking was for the next day, May 27, 2023, for a 10 person van from the **************** to ******, **, at 4:15pm. Both of these bookings were confirmed, and clearly stated in text messages.The van on Saturday, May 27, 2023, did not show up. When Guardian was called a very belligerent man said the booking was for 9:00 pm. We informed him that booking was the previous night. He became more belligerent, finally calling me a liar, even though we had the text message showing a 4:15 pickup. When asked if a van could be dispatched he continued to be rude and state that the booking was for 9:00 pm. It was impossible to even talk to him.I recommend anyone considering a limo servioce stay away from Guardian.

    On 11/7/2023, I paid Guardian Concierge Service $988 for valet services for a Christmas party at my home on 12/102023. When the owner or manager realized we knew of each other, I thought all is well. I do not know *************************** personally but I know his relatives and they are good friends with my competitor who have ill feelings about my business. On 12/10 at 6:00, I called ******* to see where the guys were and he said he would get back to me shortly. Another guy called me back and told me they forgot to put it on the books. He said they would refund my money. I own a business and will never write a review unless I feel it is warranted. Guardian Concierge Services sabotaged my event. The money has not been refunded. Please do not use this company.

    A mistake was made with scheduling on this, the employee in charge was terminated due to his not scheduling. The deposit was absolutely returned on Monday, 12/12/22 via credit card. There was no sabotage of the event at all, not sure what the relatives and competitor with ill feelings about your business comments mean at all, we have no ill will towards your business whatsoever. Mistakes happen in operating businesses and I'm sure that things go wrong sometimes with your business. We are terribly sorry this happened and regret the circumstances; we have taken appropriate disciplinary action with our employees to make sure this cannot happen again and are sorry that you felt the need to post these comments.
