    The ABSOLUTE WORST company anyone can ever ship through. Seems like EVERY package I have that is delivered through them ends up lost. One literally said we cannot locate this package, please contact seller, the most recent one says the estimated delivery is today but somehow the package still in transit. This company is a joke and needs to be shut down ASAP!

    This company has "delivered" packages a few times to our house. or what they claim is our house. my house is clearly numbered, my street is clearly labeled. they just stick packages to what ever house they please. they continue to deliver packages to random houses, and have the nerve to take a picture of the porch and house and claim its my house. this company is horribly inconsistent at delivery. 1LSCXNX00188015 is the lasership number of my most recent lost delivery. maybe they can tell me where this house is cause it certainly isnt the house i live in.

    Awful company. Their driver backed into our mailbox, shearing it from it's post. They refused to cover the costs, stating there was no validation that the driver hit our mailbox. Accusing us of lying, we had pictures, tire tracks and it saw it happen, but no pictures of the truck hitting the mailbox. Who has cameras on their rural road mailbox.

    To date, I have not received any packages delivered through LaserShip, although I get a "delivered to front door" notification each time. The timestamps point to a time where I was at HOME and would have received package. My neighbors also have doorbell cameras - with visibility to my door and there was no activity. The package is not in a designated locker area or anywhere else, although when provided the chance I leave explicit instructions to the delivery drivers. It is a SCAM. The headaches in having to deal with retailers to get a refund or to resolve non-delivery issues is ridiculous and incredibly time consuming. I don't even get to pick the shipping company the retailer uses, and so I am unaware of it being LaserShip until it is too late. There is no picture/proof of delivery. If I knew it was going to be coming with them, I would never have shopped with the retailer, I am at that level of FED UP with this company. They're stealing packages, plain and simple. It's mail fraud.
