    I called and left information on *****'s customer service window online and also contacted by phone. I have yet to receive any sponsor the reason why this is occurring is because I have went to their location after visiting from the state of Pennsylvania several times and each and every time my order was incorrect and I. Also took someone there with me. And their order was incorrect all the information. That I stated is on a recording or recorded at their company. So therefore, they cannot say that I did not contact them several weeks ago. I understand they have a reputation of not responding to complaints. I didn't know that until I sent in my complaints. I would like to be contact someone about my experiences.Because it just happened so many times that I just couldn't keep putting up with it. Sometimes I found that my sub was smaller than it was previously although being the same size I. Also found out that most things that I got weren't on the side as I. Requested them it got to the point where it was embarrassing when I went there with someone. This happened at their location on highway 98 in ******, *******. I like their product, but their customer services. ******** and repeated mistakes seem to be a pattern. And not responding to people's concerns is very unprofessional.

    I have reached out to the customer after receiving the information from my corporate office.  The customer has made no attempts to contact the store directly.  He had stated that he contacted the **************** of Lennys in *******, ***  We unfortunately have no record of the previous correspondence.    After speaking with the customer, I was advised that he has had issue with multiple stores.  Two of the four he mentioned have been closed for multiple years.  I apologized and offered a free meal replacement. I also advised I am only responsible for what happens at my location.  Customer seemed satisfied with the resolution.  Customer proceeded to contact our corporate phone system to request an addition complaint this morning.  I have been advised my corporate office will handle any further issues. Thank you for your attention to this issue.  As our past record has shown that this is out of the normal standard of business.  Please take that into consideration.

    *************************** Yes, I did accept the gentleman's offering of 2 free meals for me and my mother. But concerning the nonresponse from their corporate office is disturbing to me. The corporate office didn't seem to give one care about my concerns and the stores that I. Mentioned, I've only been in this area for a couple years. And those stores haven't been closed exactly that long. So I hope that this company *****'s holdings. LLC learns how to handle their clients in a more compassionate manner. The owner of the Lennys that I spoke with was very professional and very reasonable. Lenny's Holdings LLC did not even respond to eitherof my contacts online at the customer service site. Which to me is very unprofessional. Nobody makes a steak sub like ************. Please *****'s don't mess up the great experience that of that is to a whole region of the Eastern Seaboard. Stand by your product. PLEASE!
