    I am a first time homebuyer who purchased a new home in May of 2023. Not even being in the home a full year, I had issues with the sink that was installed by Expo Stone Tristate Countertop LLC. I was instructed by the builder (*********************) to reach out to *****, as he was responsible for installing my sinks and countertops. After speaking with ***** over the phone and through text on numerous occasions, he assured me that he would be able to resolve the issue, only to leave me completely swindled. On the day he was supposed to come and fix the sink, he completely stopped all communication with me, leaving me with an unusable porcelain sink that will cost me hundreds of dollars to replace. I tried relentlessly for a resolve, but was ultimately deceived by ***** and his company. Please beware of this company, and their unscrupulous business practices.
