      Buyer beware: this company will harm you. They are incapable of working on century homes, but they will insist that they are. If you care about your home at all, do not go into business with these people. Their contractors will break your possessions, even after you personally tell them to stop messing with your stuff; they will steal your stuff, and their project managers will ignore all communication about it; their project managers will rarely show up, and when they do, its to cry to you about how overworked and busy they are and how they cant find anyone good to work for them; they will do over $30,000 worth of damages to your plumbing; they will perform absolutely ABYSMAL work - all tile joints will be visible, no matching at all; they will sign off on purchasing items for your home that dont fit, and then blame you for it - what exactly is the role of a project manager if not to verify purchases are correct for the project?They will set off your alarm so many times you get fined by the city of *******; they will demo a kitchen without first measuring & ordering cabinets, because they are incapable of making and sticking to a project timeline; you will give them a project timeline, designs, and project orders that they will completely ignore, despite repeated communication from other people involved to follow up with them to manage the project. They keep terrible accounting records; the contract they use is written in ******* and not enforceable under any construction law; they are dishonest; they are incompetent and do not take pride in their work; they are a bunch of moronic young kids who do not have the integrity to tell you they are not able to handle a job. The very first day I had contracted them to install appliances, the guys showed up and immediately took a smoke break. Get used to a ton of cigarette butts all over your property and having to tell people yourself to treat your property with respect constantly, because they will not.
