      If I could leave less than 1 star I would!! I have had a broken AC for over a month and have reached out everyday to them with no resolution! They only thing they offered was $52 refund for no service performed. Every single person I have talked to has told me they are escalating the situation, with no follow back responses. They set up a contractor who never showed up and will not provide any options expect me waiting with a broken AC!! I have never in my life paid for a service that has provided NOTHING!! Avoid at all cost!! They will take your money and then never come out and fix your appliances !! This company is a scam, please beware!!

      Horrible customer **********************. Their document didnt match what I was so called being charged for. They didnt offer any follow **** I requested AC repair, the invoice they sent me had a charge for an item that was covered under the warranty. They couldnt explain to me in 3 different times why I was being charged for an item that should be covered. It wasnt until I reached out to BBB that they replied and said I was being charged for an item that isnt covered. I asked then why doesnt the invoice reflect that? Have no received a reply. The heat was unbearable, 105+ heat index and humidity. Certain elections within my home were damaged because of the extreme heat inside the home. Had to buy a portable ac unit to maintain a single room cool. Also their customer ********************** rep insisted I speak to him in Spanish, my Spanish isnt that great and I did not select the option for Spanish. He had the whole conversation with me in Spanish and mine isnt super strong. I struggled to understand what it was that he was telling me with the little bit of Spanish I do know. Horrible customer **********************, no transparency, and all they want is their money. Their documents dont reflect the so called charges. When contacting the business they referred me correctly as Mr., but then within the email reference me as her which tells me it was either a generic reply, or they just dont care. All they said was for me to contact them if I had any more questions. No! I had already talked to them 4 times! No on me to reach out to them!

      This company is terrible. This is the third occasion in which I have filed a claim only to have them not assign a vendor. Last time it took 10 days to have a repair person check a broken refrigerator. This time it took a call to force them to assign a vendor for our AC after waiting 4 days w no response via their web portal. I sincerely believe they delay assigning contractors/vendors with the hope that their customers will give up and pay out of pocket. Which they will not reimburse for. There is no way to contact the corporate office or way to escalate claims beyond the individual who answers the phone.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. So I'm only giving one since it's the bare minimum.When I bought my house, it came with an HSA warranty. When I needed service, I kept on being told that I didn't have coverage, despite the fact that I had an online account and account number. It took over a month, but someone finally told me that the seller never sent the payment to activate the warranty. That should have been my first clue.In November, 2021 I finally filed a service request. I paid the $100 and a plumber came out. He said that he needed to order parts and would schedule a follow-up. Fast forward to January, 2022 and no follow-up. When I contacted the plumbing company they said that the work order had been denied.I contacted HSA customer ********************** six times over the next three months. My calls were always routed to an overseas call center. The first two or three times, I was told that the work order was approved, and that I could expect a follow-up within two days. Weeks later after each and there was still no follow-up. When I called the last three times and asked for a supervisor, I was always told that none were available. I was also told that service would be dispatched promptly, but weeks later, nothing.I tried contacting the local plumbing company several times. I now see that they have a negative review as the receptionist is extremely rude and frequently chooses not to answer the phones. Although she forwarded me a copy of the original email stating that the service request was denied, she eventually stopped responding entirely.As my plan was coming to an end, I was called by HSA to renew my service. I told them that I wasn't interested. The woman on the phone tried telling me that she could get a supervisor on the line for me to address the past problems. Needless to say, my response wasn't pleasant given the run around and being lied to when I called so many times.You don't do business with them, just make a donation.

      I opened my account and chose my planon May 30. I registered online, provided my Bank information, and set monthly automatic payments. I thought everything was OK, until last week. At Jul 12, the outside fan of my A/C didnt work, I harried to reach them to make a service request since during this hot summer and in this hot city, ******, no one can stand without A/C. Unfortunately, only at that moment, I got to know my plan was not activated. How did it happen? I have no faintest idea. I tried to call them multiple times to figure it out and it didnt work. My calls were transferred from one agent to another. I had to repeat my stories again and again. At last, I couldnt wait because my family has stayed in the house without A/C for two days. Can you image that? As a result, I asked a local handyman to fix the A/C issue. And at Jul 14, our AC was finally working again. After that, I noticed I was charged twice at Jul 15, and 16 for monthly payment. I understand they are for Jun and Jul. Today I called them again, ask if I can have a reimbursement for this service. Because it is not my fault. I cant make a service request through them only because they didnt charge me, didnt activate my plan, and didnt provide me the solution to fix this problem during this summer. While their agents only insisted on the companys policy, didnt provide any way to resolve my request. When I made my calls, there were several times the calls were interrupted without any sign. And these only happened when I said something they felt hard to answer. I have reason to believe that their agents hung up intentionally because they knew who should be responsible for it. If I guess correctly, I have to say their agents are so irresponsible and unprofessional. I am more than angry about this if compared with the previous one.At last, they provided a email, and said I can complain through it. I wrote several days again. And you can guess what happened! NOTHING!!!!!!! I want give 0 star.

      Terrible company. Borderline criminal. If youre looking for a company with ethics or simply a company you can rely on this is not the one. 14 days to fix AC in middle of summer. Internal house temperature was 92 with 3 infants in the house. Company didnt care nor work with us to find alternative/****************. For the safety of our family we had to go outside the home warranty for a fix. Absolutely horrific. Spend your money elsewhere

      I live in ********* and deal with hot temps. I have had 3 companies out to service my AC unit through AHS. The first company we had to add freon and AHS only coved $10 per pound and the company charged $80 per pound.The second company said it was a fan and that it would take AHS several days to authorized the new part replacement and it was to hot to wait and they charged me $375 for the fan.This last service call was placed with AHS was on 7.14.22 and was unable to get to our home until 7.18.22. Our home was over 82 degrees, outside was over 115 and in the middle of a heat wave. It is now 7.22.22 and my AC is still not working correctly. I had to purchase a portal AC units in our home and my power **** is going to be over $500 because my AC is not working correctly.AHS is blaming the servicing company stating they need to talk to servicing company about parts they ordered to fix my AC.AHS is not a home warranty company they don't fix anything like they did years ago. They nickel and dime the service companies regarding what is needed to fix items in the home. I have had to purchase new washer, dryer and refrigerator because AHS stated that my items were not worth fixing or were too old. But according to their commercials they fix everything no matter how old the item in the home is. This company just doesn't care about customer ********************** nor to they care if they solve the problems at hand. They just yes you to death and hope that you just give up and pay someone else to repair what is broken in your home.This is the worse company ever!!!!!!!! IT IS A SHAME.
