    We rented from Red Door from June 2022- May 2023. Our lease ended on May 31st, 2023. On June 2nd, our debit card was charged $750, 2 days after our lease ended. That is also $100 more than our rent was. I have attempted to contact the business multiple times, it goes to an automated message telling you to text them, which I have and have been met with no response since Friday. They have not provided a refund or even offered one when I requested it, they said they would speak to a supervisor Friday afternoon and have had zero contact since. They now owe us the $750 refund along with our security deposit, which is over $1000, or a viable reason to withhold the security deposit. It is impossible to reach anyone from this company and they took money we needed to pay rent at our new home and have made no attempt to resolve this issue. We are disputing the charge with our bank, since no one here has given us a resolution.
