    On July 24, I hired Mr. ******************** to conduct a land survey. The survey was completed on August 19, but I received both land and air surveys despite my repeated requests for a land survey only. Mr. ******************** did not stake the property or meet with me to clarify the property line, and he ignored my emails. I needed the land survey to identify the location of an advertisement sign. Due to his refusal to provide the necessary information, I am now forced to hire another survey company. Now the advertisement wants to pay me $100 a month and give the adjunction landowner $900 a month. I have email correspondence to support my claims.

    Hello,

    Without completely reinventing the wheel I would like to let you see all the corresponding emails and notes from ******** and Campbell, Campbell and Elavon (credit card processor), Campbell and *********** of Consumer Affairs. I havent responded to Fergusons complaint to BBB yet. At this point I feel I am being harassed by someone that did not like the results of the survey, us showing the catwalk around the billboard.

    I am also including the survey, field notes, and record plat.

    I am rejecting this response for several reasons. First, Mr. ******************** refuses to correct the highlighted statement on the survey. The overhead portion of the sign extends southeast of the property lines. The survey should indicate that the catwalk, not the sign, extends southeast.

    Additionally, the drawing he provided only shows the catwalk on one side and does not include it on the southeast side. This inconsistency is concerning.

    I have been utilizing all of my legal resources to ensure that Mr. ******************** provides an accurate land survey. I did not expect that hiring Mr. ********************, a white man, would require me to invest so much time, money, and energy into this process.

    From my perspective, Mr. ******************** has not honored our contract. As a result, I believe I deserve a full refund. This would allow me to hire someone else to conduct my survey. In one of his emails, he explicitly stated that he would not change his survey.

    I am not asking him to modify anything drastically. I simply request that he include the statement from his email on the survey and properly label the catwalk on the southeast side.

    There is no such thing as an 'air survey'. 

    She did not like the results of our survey. It correctly shows a catwalk (in the air, not on ground) around a billboard that extends over into her neighbors property, therefore she has to share billboard revenue with said neighbor.

    I am rejecting this response because I requested a land survey. The old white surveyor refused to follow the contractual agreement. He is not an attorney or judge. Legally he is supposed to provide land survey only no aerial survey. If he would explained to me that he was doing an aerial survey I wouldn't have hired him. The is working with owner next door  who is a white man.
