    The work was not complete on the laundry room countertop and we paid for it, they took a $10,000 deposit refused to complete the remaining work, only gave us some of the funds back, over charged for labor and did not remove the master bedroom vanities, but still charged for the labor.

    We tried to reach a resolution with our customer multiple times via email. In those emails, we informed the customer that we no longer want to work with them and would only deliver their laundry countertops to their house. We did not charge our customer to have the countertops delivered. Our employees were only supposed to drop off the countertops to their house, but at the customers request, our employees placed her countertops on their laundry cabinets which constitutes us installing them. We refunded our customer correctly. They were not charged for the installation of the laundry. This is reflected by what is on the invoice we sent them.  Our customer only decided to ask for an additional refund after our employees dropped off and installed their countertops for them. We felt that since we completed all the work and refunded them correctly that it was unnecessary to continue to correspond with the customer because there was nothing further that we had to do.
