    Did not tap off our faucet fixture when installing a bathroom countertop had a leak for 4 weeks until plumber got there to put on fixture because line was NOT TAPPED OFF AT VALVE!!!! This should have been done without question to avoid any leaks or damages to our property until a plumber could get to our house. As everyone knows Pre Covid it can take some time to get a contractor to your home for anything as in this case getting the faucet fixture put on.I called **** when we discovered the damage to come and see it. **** directly told both my husband and I that we had changed our cut off valves! He also told me no way it leaked 4 weeks! Our beautiful wood floor is completely damaged as well as our cabinet from a drip leak for 4 weeks! All of which could have been avoided if his crew capped off the cut of valve! Anytime a fixture is removed this should be done without question!!! Now what was a small project has become a large one. With the business blaming us!! Telling us we did not have a leak for 4 weeks, and additionally he came to see the damage and brought an unlicensed person who made false claims to put the blame on us directly! There is nothing worse then a contractor who comes and does work, does the work incorrectly in this case didnt cap the line when removing a fixture!!! That simple act could have prevented this terrible incident and then coming to our home to blame us for the damages and basically call us liars! Additionally the next day **** called me personally yelled and screamed at me on phone and told me we had changed our valves and we did not have a leak for four weeks!! This man shows no accountability, has not a ounce of integrity, or honesty!!..If you use them make sure his crew caps off your lines when removing sink fixtures to avoid serious damage to your home! They definitely will not be accountable for there actions in creating the damage and will blame you instead! Beware!
