Brought my car in for an oil change April ******* left there parked my car. Decided to drive my car on a Tuesday 4/15/25 ran hot on me engine light came on had me stuck on the side of the road. Popped the hood I had NO fluids in my car and I have pictures . Had to get it towed into the dealership. Got it there they did a diagnostic and told me I needed 2 oil coolant lines. Paid $1200 for them to do that work which had my car stuck there over the weekend. Picked my car BACK up 4/22/25 parked it AGAIN didnt drive until 4/24/25 engine came on again and it started misfiring and my stabilitrak light came on. Took it BACK to dealership they did ANOTHER supposingly diagnostic test and they told me my cylinder 7 dont have pressure and that I PROBABLY need a camshaft. Which they dont know for sure until they break my motor down some more which would cost 5000 to do that. And lets not forget they are still guessing at this point. But they told me for a camshaft i will be looking to spend $9700. Again all this is crazy cause I had NO PROBLEMS before I got an oil change. No all of a sudden Im having engine problems.

I was scheduled to buy a corvette from this dealership,I talked with the salesman and the sales manager and was approved for the vehicle and scheduled to pickup the vehicle the next day. The next morning at 6:57 am I received a text saying that the car had been sold after they pulled my credit and I was scheduled to pick the car up and they asked would I consider another vehicle, the vehicle shouldve been marked as pending sale

I purchased a 2015 ***** Silverado and had it only a month or a little over I still on drive out tags. Car started acting funny on a Friday and read the sensor and it was a thermostat issue. Replaced that myself. Then the following Monday check engine light came on again and the car started sputtering read the code was said ignition coil cylinder five misfire I bought the extended warranty thought this would be covered called to make sure and the finance manager said that should all be covered under that, take the next day call and the extended warranty we bought covered none of it because it was a maintenance issue. This was a maintenance issue. This shouldve been replaced before they put it on All. That stuff would be covered besides the spark plugs and wires because the car was just purchased and the plugs and wires were already bad. This is stuff they shouldve replaced before selling on their lot. They do not stand behind the product , and now we are out, the money will never purchase. This was our second vehicle from them one from their ****** lot now the ***** lot.

We purchase a 2022 Lexus RX350 August 2023. We saved and was able to paid cash for vehicle. On 12/20/2023, we noticed a quarter size hole in driver front seat. We took SUV to one of the local upholstery repair shop and had them to look at seat and give us there opinion and cost to repair, before we took to dealership. Upon their assessment, it appears that the hole had been repair and seat painted to match the color of original seat color, so you could not tell it had been repair paint. If you pull the plastic back at bottom of seat, you can see the different in color of vinyl from being painted. After talking to my sale person, he tell me that the seat was dirty, that is why there is a color different. After talking to manger about seat. He appear to get a little smart with me and upset because i was complaining. He also said, they sale over **** vehicle a year an didn't care if i didn't purchase another vehicle from them. Racism is real. There is no professional at all when it comes to dealing with customer after dealership has got your money. Before that it's all smile, what can i do for you, How's can i help you, How's your family and this is my family. Oh we will fix that before purchase of vehicle. After the purchase it's all a different story.

They did work to my car that didnt even need doing. I simply needed my PCM reset. My car is a push start so its basically a simple computer error that needed resetting, but these folks took out a claim for a new fuel pump and put it on my car, tried to take one out on a new a water pump, as well as wiring for the fuel pump connection. What?! All I needed was my PCM reset. I took my car up there 3 times in the last week just to get reset and when they finally told me it was ready 2 hours later it begin acting up again and would not move. I called **** and he gave me a number for a tow truck. After it arrived he claimed that they didnt reset the **** but instead put a new fuel pump on it, and apparently the wiring was damaged, so I needed new wiring that he was sure the warranty would cover. If there was damage to the wiring you wouldve saw it when you replaced the fuel pump!! How can change the fuel pump without seeing the wires!?! Lies! He claim they replaced the wiring which I never approved since the warranty company wouldnt cover it. Then he called back and said, now we have found a leak in the transmission line seal, blamed the damage to the wiring and leakage on another mechanic company that I let put my engine in 4 months ago and told me the warranty wont cover it so to fix my car it will be a total of $1500 which includes the tow, wiring and transmission line seal. First, off I wouldnt have even needed a tow if you all had fixed my car right the first time. They told it was fixed and to pick it up then broke down 2 hours later. Blamed it on the wiring that they shouldve seen when they SUPPOSEDLY put in a new fuel pump which I didnt even need. Secondly, if the wiring was really damaged they wouldve seen it when they put in the other fuel pump another LIE, and last my car was not leaking when I brought it up there. This I know for a fact because I wouldve saw it. There wouldve been fluid in my driveway, parking lot at work ect, but there was nothing

I took my car to get serviced because my car began driving slow and read engine reduced power the check engine light diagnose said the *** needed to be reset. They ran their own diagnostic that ending up reading the exact same thing and was charged almost $200 for it. I was up there 5 hours just for them to tell me that they found a leak from the water pump on my car. I told them that all they were supposed to be doing was resetting the *** and if there was a leak Id take it back to my mechanic because he had just put a new water pump on it and that I still had a warranty on it. They told me that it would be best if I left the car up there with them, so I did. They did not call me back that day. My husband spoke with a guy and he told my husband that they were trying to figure out what was wrong with it. What?! Just reset the ***! Then they just said it was a leak now they dont know whats wrong with it? I called the next morning and told them that I was coming to pick up my car because all they were supposed to do was reset the *** and that they were looking for other stuff to mess with. **** told my husband that they were going to start on it right then I picked up my car when they said it was ready drove it for a couple of hours and as soon as I left work that night my check engine light came back on and began doing the same thing AGAIN! I called Desi the next morning and he told me to bring it back up there at 7am. On the way to bring it back my car stopped and would not go in drive or reverse. They told us that they didnt reset the *** because they have to go in order and thought the fuel pump was the problem and if it still wasnt fixed theyd go on to the next thing to fix (***) They sent a tow then called my warranty company 3 times with 3 different claims. Now they claim the problem is my transmission seal line is damaged from when the other ppl put in my engine and is leaking transmission fluid. My car was not leaking when I brought it.Theyre ******

The summer of 2022 I took my **** ***** tahoe to get serviced on my air. Now the service was great. Every one showed wonderful hospitality! I'm a very understanding person. So with that being said, I knew once I dropped my truck off it was going to be there for at least 3 weeks. My exact words where, I don't care what you guys have to do just fix my air. They ended up replacing my evaporator core and something else. When I came to pick my truck up at 1st it was blowing cold air for 1 day. The very next day I started having random lights come on across my dash board that I've never seen before. I alerted and asked ********************* about the issue but only to hear that it was already messed up. I begin to ask if that was the case then why I haven't seen these lights come across my dash board until now. All this happening while I'm paying $2600 in monthly payments. I call today 05/24/23 to tell him that it's still messing up! The driver side is blowing hot but the passenger side is blowing cold. He pretty much said that they fixed what they thought needed fixed and now I only have 2 options. Either bring it to them and alow them to take a look and charge me thousands again or take it some where else. So basically I paid for something they thought was correct and nothing can get done unless I pay some more money! I'll be on my last payment as of June 16 **** and it's about to get scorching hot. Nothing got fixed, it just got replaced!

I had my car towed into the auto shop and after a week and some days later I got a call saying my battery was not good enough even though a new battery was installed into the car before they even took the car for repair. I am so disappointed that we still have to go through racial injustice even in 2023. I was mocked for repair by them. They told me it would cost $10,000 dollars for repairs for a new motor. I told them I might as well as just buy a new car. The manager then said that the mechanic wanted to know if i would sell my car for $500 dollars. All because I am a African ******** woman they really think that I am that stupid to just give away a car that I bought with the intention to get fixed. Racism is still real. I am sad to say. They made me pay $380.00 for a battery and diagnostic test . I asked him how many people actually pay that much to fix a car? I am a retired woman with limited funds so I felt cheated.
