      If youre considering moving to Lakeland Town Square Apartments, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.This complex lacks integrity and basic amenities that should be standard in a so-called luxury apartment. There are no elevators, no pantry, and no garbage disposal. The walls are thin, and noise from neighbors is a frequent issuesomething even my children have noticed.I asked to renew my lease at the rate of $1,580, which was publicly listed on their website. It took four days for management to respond, only to say that the rate was no longer available due to a market change. I believe the delay was intentional, and it felt like a tactic to increase rent for profit, rather than provide fair customer service.There are many other issues that make living here frustrating:Parking is often unavailable to residents during events at nearby bars.Trash pickup is inconsistent, even though were charged monthly for a concierge service.Water pressure is low, and the mail/package system is disorganizedpackages are left in open areas, and it often takes a long time to find them, if theyre not already missing.Stairs only make grocery trips difficult, especially for residents on higher floors.Doors are poorly sealed, causing heating and cooling inefficiencies.The ************* is mandatory and expensive, with no option to choose your own provider.For the price, this complex does not offer the quality or experience it promises. There are many better options in the area that provide actual value and respect for tenants.

      I have mold in a apartment that I rent, I couldn't get management to test for mold. I purchased the kits to test myself, the kits are showing bacteria that is mold. I have since emailed property management with the test kit. I haven't gotten any response.

      As a long-term resident of The ******* at ************, I was recently treated unfairly. After moving to a new unit within the complex, I was not notified that my auto-pay was disconnected. This, coupled with a billing discrepancy I was inquiring about, led to a missed rent payment. Despite my explanation and history with the community, I was charged a hefty late fee. I believe this resolution was unjust and disrespectful to a loyal resident.I request non residents not to consider this place as the only motive they have is to make money.

      I lived in ******************************* apartments for 3 years. In January of 2024, my shower had started to peel along with the tile grout chipping and the faucet was no longer attached to the wall. Meaning they used appliance paint to cover the tub and shower tiles prior to me originally moving in. I also noticed that I had started to have black mold in my vents, toilets and shower. I created a work order for the black mold and the shower issues. No one came until March. When they did they came in spot sprayed the peeling spots with appliance paint no ventilation was turned on and I did have pets inside the apartment. The toxic fumes could be smelled through the front door and it took me hours to get the smell out. Th y left the plastic on the faucet and k**** and did not redo the caulking or fill in the grout. I emailed the property manager demanding this to be rectified immediately and expressed my concern regarding the black mold in numerous emails and her only response was put in another work order you never completed the first one and I am asking for work through the actual property manager. Well needless to say no one came to address the mold nor was the shower ever properly repaired. I moved out breaking my lease. After 3 months of emails and then basically dismissing my concerns, my health as well as my pets. They continued to charge me rent and filed an eviction, which I was never had physically seen the eviction papers, after I vacated the apartment. I sent in all correspondence between the property manager and myself along with photo evidence of the mold and repair of the peeling tub and shower, with a response of them threatening to send the balance of $6,000 to a collection agency. I feel that due to the fact that they failed to provide me with a healthy living environment when I paid my rent monthly I should not owe anything. I had to uproot my life so that I would not end up with health issues from the mold.

      FRAUD ALERT. THE COMPANY "FOGELMAN RUNNING THIS property is FRAUD and SCAM and CON. Their CEO **** and Mark ********************** are LOW LIFE CON Mans...Seeking to GUT ur APP and ADMIN Fees!!! STAY AWAY if u dnt want to lose ur hard earned money!! Misleading website, apartments are not available but they say its available and ready to move in, only to find that its INACCURATE and WONT be available for WEEKS LATER. THE LEASING AGENTS in OFFICE say they will respond in one hours but they DONT. LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE...and dont hold ur breath...u wont hear back!! *** says services not available BUT AGENTS dont tell you!! THESE ARE HIHGLY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. JUST STAY AWAY. Sent email to entire management to correct and update their website DID NOT HEAR BACK. THESE ARE CON, FRAUDSTERS...**** and **** are using ur hard earned money to pleasure themselves...PARASITES!!

      Absolutely atrocious company that will gladly take your money and then never contact you again. ********************* in ************, took my money for an absorbent administration fee, along with application fee. I passed the income screening and then nothing despite dozens of emails, phone calls, etc. All there is are complaints on this company yet they remain in business. Good thing they prey upon lower income people and families because if a decent attorney got wind of their business practices theyd be fighting lawsuits till the end of the century. Disgusting

      The property management has the worst communication I have ever experienced. I call multiple times a day with no answer or return calls. I send emails with no responses. All they care about is getting a paycheck for monthly rent. I strongly advise you to not rent at Harbor Island Apartments. I have rented for 6 years now at 4 different complexes and have had wonderful experiences but this has been the worst renting experience hands down. I cant wait for my lease to end here!

      Fogelman Properties knew exactly who they hired when they hired ***************************** as their lease up property manager. This lady has harassed me during my entire stay at one of their Livano properties down in ******* called Livano Grand National. The maintenance guy named ******* has admitted on surveillance to the fire alarm guy that he stalks residents. For the safety of other residents, I won't be sending the video to Fogelman Properties but it will be forwarded to the proper authorities. ******* told me flat out in an email that she wasn't "getting in the middle of this" when I informed her of the harassment by the maintenance *********************. ******* is a nasty person and ******* felt very comfortable bragging on camera that he watches residents on the same floor the property manager lives on...THAT should tell you everything.

      This place builds and sells poorly constructed multifamily homes, flips them and treats its residents like dirt. They should be shutdown. Then they refuse to communicate and destroys peoples lives. They need to be stopped. Its companies like this that are ruining America.
