      My truck was towed on 12/16/24. When I tried to recover my truck on 12/17/24 with my title in hand the owner of the businesses claimed that it was a false title and that I was scamming her . Within the argument the owner procced to racially abuse me and throw racial slurs and insults at my face . After the insults the owner assaulted me and elbowed my in my arm with out being provoked . Soon after the police came out and she was very hostile with the police offer and being racist with the officer as well because he was of a Hispanic descent. After the officer showing the owner all of the evidence that truck was mine and there was no false documents the owner still refused to release my truck.

      I will be brief in my response. This person was not the owner of the vehicle. Because the police asked us to tow the car, I am limited on what I can say. This gentleman called the police to our office, told exactly what happened, and Did Not say the customer was right. Until the owner can come in, the car will stay impounded.
