      I a single mom of a four-year-old son and was in a really bad spot and needed to move a very last minute. One of the owners had reached out to me and offered his services which I agreed bc I knew his sister. Jeremey and his partner showed up on moving day and asked me where is the ******? I was very confused bc I was paying them a decent amount of money and they are moving company so I don’t understand why I would have a moving truck. Apparently they said I am responsible for renting a moving truck on top of paying them to move. I was pretty irritated, but I had no option. I needed all my stuff moved to storage, which was only a couple miles down the road from my apartment. I already sent the money on ***** and then sent the money again on ***** for the moving truck. They made me aware there is going to be a deposit which I was confused about also. They assured me that I would receive my deposit back within like two days max. I sent $300 for them to move and then I sent $255 on ***** for a ****** which sounded crazy to me because it was only for a couple of hours. I trusted this man again because I knew his sister and didn’t think he would have a reason to steal money from a single mom of a four year-old with major health issues and a horrible situation and is now homeless. I touch base with him about receiving deposit back from the ******. He said he hasn’t gotten it back yet but it’ll be any day now. I have screenshots over a several week time frame of me reaching out asking for an update and him giving me an excuse after an excuse after an excuse. Eventually, he stopped replying. I moved on June 30 2024. It is now August 18, 2024. I have not received my deposit back and he will not respond to me no. ***** won’t help they say I need to file a police report. But this is unacceptable to steal $255 from a single mother who was homeless with her four year old son. Proceed with CAUTION if using this company. Do not pay deposits! They steal from single parents, it’s sad
