      Pre-ordered a detailed move and scheduled an afternoon block of time for the move day of May 8. Two Men and a Truck repeatedly called the day before and the morning of move attempting to change the scheduled afternoon time slot. Three inexperienced movers arrived and two of the three movers were moving so slow, a call had to be made to Operations. I had to risk physical injury and help with being a "spotter" for a mover. One mover was seen on ring doorbell camera taking a smoke break while the other two were working. They did not lay any protection as promised and damage was made to hardwood floors, walls, door frames, *************** It took a mover 45 minutes to disassemble a bedframe, then parts of the ************ were left. Recorded on home video, mover had me to e-sign a waiver during the move for three mirrored items. The Operations Manager, *****, lacks credibility and is unethical in resolving the damage caused by the untrained movers. He added additional furniture to the waiver list that I was not advised of before e-signing waiver. On May 12, I agreed to settlement offer of $660 for damage caused by movers, and per email, the check for repairs would be sent within 8-10 business days. On Thursday, May 29, when I texted ***** regarding the delay with receiving the check and my offer to pickup a replacement check, he replied that the initial check would be cancelled and he could not state when a replacement check would be ready. When I informed ***** that I would have an attorney that specializes in collections to make contact to resolve the issue of the replacement check, he has threatened to withhold the issuance of a replacement check until I "rescind legal action." I informed him of my right to have an attorney attempt to amicably resolve the issue before any legal action is initiated. He replied he would not prepare a replacement check until I agreed not to contact an attorney. I'm requesting an expedited replacement check without undue duress.

      Date of transaction was March ******* and April 1, 2025 3/28/2025 Paid $3044.49 4/1/2025 Paid $791.46 Per quote given prior to move, company was supposed to move 3000sqft home using ONE truck as per quoted by the sales department after me telling him it would take more trucks he said one was enough and the quote was for $1415.63-$1632.93max After a few hours on the job they realized it would take an additional truck and more man power charging me double the rate. The job was quoted for 7hrs max to load and unload. At 7hrs they had filled two trucks and STI:L had more to get but had no other available trucks or man power. In order to get the trucks unloaded at a minimum over time charge, I had to let them unload the majority of the items in the garage. I was forced to schedule another day with a quote of 3-4hrs max and the quote was for approx $450 in which a quote was never sent. They sent one truck and TWO young men for again quoted 3-4hrs to load and unload that ended up taking over 6hrs my best recollection. On this move a 65" TV was broken. I was told I had up to $10000 worth of ins coverage yet they make you sign a form that they are not responsible for TVs not put in their original box. These TVs had previously been moved from over 2hrs away and were not damaged yet this 35min move somehow busted the screen. I was also charged $75 for moving supplies on the first move and NO supplies were used . I was also charged $120 for a "valuation": in which NO ONE ever came to look at the contents of the house to be moved. I spoke with the salesman that quoted the original estimate and he simply didn't care and blamed me. AGAIN I told him it took 3 trucks and 8 men to move us to ***************. During the move the movers spoke to their superiors multiple times and only took off an hr of the second move and the supply fees.

      I believe I've already advised that this was not our customer. We have been receiving complaints from various other Two Men And A Truck territories for some reason. Our location is in *************, **. This customer had a local move near ********* east of **********. I would advise that you reach out to any Louisville Two Men And A Truck locations that have BBB accounts. I've previously included screenshots from our CRM showing that this gentleman is not in any of our systems. We've searched by name, email, and phone number. I would love to help this person, but he is not our customer. Thanks!!

      Good Afternoon,My complaint is longer than what allowed characters will accept. I will provide a word document in more detail of the ************** of Transaction: March 27th, 2025 Amount Paid to Two Men and A Truck: $1,109.77 Two Men moved my items from one apartment ************************************** to my new apartment ***************************************The movers damaged several items, leather sofa, office desk, bed frame, bed mattress. I have been communicating with ****** ******* for the past month however the last two weeks no manager claims department or anyone has reached out to me for my damaged items. March 31st. Emailed Two Men immediately after finding damaged items, ****** emailed me letting me know she forwarded my request to the Claim Department.April 7th Emailed again.April 9th Received phone call from ****************** Discussed damaged items and steps forward for vendor to repair and Two Men to financial compensate me.April 17 received phone call from vendor to setup an appointment.April 29th. Vendor Fibernew Nashville comes out to repair sofa but does not look at bed.Emailed ****** immediately that my bed frame has not been repaired and have not received any financial compensation for my other damaged items. ****** responded and let me know she will follow up.April 30th ****** emailed and let me know she talked to another department manger.May 12th. Two weeks later, no one has responded back to me. Two Men and A Truck is not fulfilling their Obligations to the signed Contract for repairing or replacing my damaged items!

      I spoke with ****** in the claims department about the check. He let me know he wrote down the incorrect address which is why it was sent back to their office. They sent it back out Saturday with my correct address and I received the check last night. Thank you for the help!

      On 4/19/25 I was scheduled to move to a new apartment in the same apartment complex. I had previously had good experiences with Two Men and A Truck on a previous move so I chose them again to assist with this one. I gave them all the details over the phone when I booked, Including that I had a cat in the apartment, and that she would be confined in a room not being accessed. On the day of the move, the two people came, and were clearly much younger than the crew i had worked with before, and I believe they were minors we went over the details of the move and they left to set up the truck while I began to pack the last of my things. After not hearing from them for a time I went outside to find they had closed their truck and were on their phones, and the "leader" of the group informed me that the second mover was allergic to cats and that they would be cancelling my service. A Dispatcher called me over the phone and informed me that they had "sanitation concerns" (which the apartment was fairly clean except for two trash bags as I was moving) and they were cancelling my service. This has caused me to have to find another mover with same day service and has led to charges in excess of $500 more than was originally quoted by Two men and a truck, due to same day service being required and delays on my move out.

      On 1/2/25 this moving company caused severe damage to my home. I filed a damage report and they assured me they would fix it. They then recieved multiple estimates and opted not to pay for damages. In addition to neglecting to fix or pay for all of the damage , i also had 30k worth of Jewlery stolen.

      I walked out of my house to make my morning yoga class and found my driveway completely blocked by a two men and a truck moving truck. Seems they were moving my neighbor and it was easier to block my driveway so they could line their ramp up with my neighbors than it was to park in the open spot up the street and carry the stuff. I asked them to move and was told that I would need to wait that they were almost done. I was shocked and explained that I wasn't going to wait I had some place to be. They continued moving another load from the garage to the truck. I actually had to threaten to call the police and have them ticketed to get them to move. I not only had to wait for them to finish their last load but then for them to casually put their ramps up and close the doors. They then parked in the middle of the street preventing me from passing only delaying me further. I called the local office and spoke to a manager who said "Well they are moving now so there is nothing I need to do about it now" I can see from the attitude of the manager why these people behave with such disrespect and a complete lack of common courtesy. All in all, I was delayed about ********************************************************* $19.00. But I was shocked to learn from the manager that they "try" to avoid driveways. I'm sorry try shouldn't be an option. The company policy should be to not block driveways, this is illegal and completely disrespectful of the people who use those driveways. These guys not only blocked the driveway they completely blocked the street, I spoke with several neighbors who had to drive the wrong way on the street to get out because of this truck blocking the path at the end of our court. I can not believe that the management allows this behavior and thinks that their employees have the right to disrupt the communities that they operate in.

      I moved from ******* to ******* on July 7, 2024. I had items severely damaged. Apparently, items had been thrown on the truck.I have reached out to the franchise in ** with no success. Then I reached out to headquarters with no success. The item that I am most concerned about is an antique stool. The leg was badly damaged.I was told I would not be compensated after I paid over 3K to move my items. This is quite frustrating. The franchise admits they were at fault, but yet I am denied compensation. Below in the thread of this email is a similar picture of the item damage.I am seeking repair cost of $150.00 which is reasonable.I am reaching out to you for assistance in this matter.

      I hired this moving company on the 19th 0f January 2024 and they broke my head board. also, after they left for the day , i went to lay down , the bed , l fell ,broke and shattered the bed into pieces. l picked up the piece and l put my mattress on the floor so l could sleep. l slept on the floor for 4 week on my mattress . l am disabled and can barely walk. now my lower back and my waist is hurting badly. They repaired my head board a few days later not my bed. The movers left a bunch of the bed slakes/ sticks in my garage,. there fore, the bed was not properly set up. l fell in the process of me trying to lay down. l still do not have a bed. now , I want a new bed. ******.
