      The insurance is way over priced, the customer service is ok. You’ll get some nice reps but most reps don’t know the correct information and will not help you. I had to call 3 times to speak to someone about canceling my insurance with them since each rep told me 3 different things to be able to cancel it.

      Acceptance insurance is nothing but a scam they’re insurer damage my car no help at all I constantly call and call never get a answer or response from the adjuster finally spoke to someone just to find out they not accepting liability even tho they’re insurer was at fault because he had a non owner policy and he borrowed a friend vehicle who didn’t have insurance so now I’m out a car and all because they refuse to cover for they’re insurer but according to research and talking to different insurance companies Nonowner car insurance covers your liability for bodily injury and property damage when you are driving a car that's not yours. So, if you cause an accident, your nonowner insurance policy would protect you from lawsuits, just as a standard liability policy would.
      A nonowner auto insurance policy can also cover:
      Medical payments or personal injury protection coverage
      Uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage
      Rental car liability coverage
      Nonowner insurance, which is also called nondrivers insurance, does not have a car assigned to the policy. That's why it won't have comprehensive or collision coverage, which pays for damage to the car you’re driving. so acceptance needs to be tryna get me in a rental and a replacement car because y’all insurer totaled my car out I hate I didn’t have my own insurance because this company is full of ****!

      I was hit as a pedestrian on December 10, 2022 and have not been able to get a response or any type of service from Acceptance. Because Florida is a no fault state I had to file with my insurance for them to cover me but could never get anyone to respond to emails and calls. I finally got to the point where I wanted to cancel and just get my money back and still could not reach anyone or get a response until they sent a message saying that my insurance was about to be cancelled due to nonpayment and they were reporting me to the state and blocking me from getting other insurance. I finally got someone on the phone and they emailed me an email to respond to for help and transferred me to an agent who didn’t answer and never called back. I still have had no response. Worst customer service ever.

      I’m dealing with a theft claim and so far I’ve gotten no help. Haven’t heard from the acceptance agent Robert S****** and I’ve called, left voicemails and reached out in emails. NOTHING!!!

      Please if your thinking about going with this insurance company don’t do it we’re not lying about these scammers.
      On Dec9-2022 a guy hit me while I was making a left turn the crazy thing is he was behind me an thought I was making a right turn he said.. let me say the state of Georgia works with these thieves to take our money. Car wasn’t paid off until 3 and a half months later no medical no help not one care in the world nobody ever contacted me at all I received two phone calls I had a 2015 ***** camaro with 100000miles that was worth 16k they offered me 7k these people are scammers and just out to collect not inspect no one inspected investigated or anything the I called the other vehicle driver and they did nothing for them so they got away with years of payments for free scammers places like this should be closed down and investigated I will be reaching out to Georgia insurance bureau of investigation to see what can be done about this unfair judgment just wanna let you guys know at acceptance working for crappy people makes you a crappy person

      Don’t play you guys even had the nerve to try and change a statement you made I was told by my adjuster that the other driver was 100% at fault and a week later another old dried up caucasian woman calls saying I’m at fault 40% and the other driver 60% they’re hands down scammers if you’re reading this you’re next!!!!!!!

      Ended up going with my own ***** **** auto insurance since after initial call to Acceptance the day their customer hit me, no one contacted me for 2 weeks except to send a few texts that their liability investigation was still ongoing. I was able to take my car to the auto repair shop the same day I contacted my own ***** **** agent.

      This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Their customer hit my car and they have messed with me the entire process. 2 months later and nothing has even been done to fix my car yet. They do not communicate or respond to emails or voicemails. Rude and unprofessional. A real bottom of the barrel company. If you ever get hit by someone with this insurance just do yourself a favor and go ahead and get your insurance company involved because they don’t know what they’re doing and will ruin your car. I’m not even mad, I’m just so disappointed with them and all the time they have stolen from me that I thought it was worth the time to write a bad review in the hopes I could save someone else in the future the pain and agony of having to deal with them. I would give them negative stars if I could

      I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD. WHEN I MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT VIA MY BANK ONLINE PAYMENT THEY CLAIMED THEY NEVER GOT THE CHECK AND MY INSURANCE COVERAGE LAPSED SO I HAD NO INSURANCE FOR 3 WEEKS. WHEN I NOTICED MY CHECK HAD NOT BEEN CASHED I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID MY INSURANCE HAD LAPSED AND I HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO BE REINSTATED. I RECEIVED NO CALL FROM THEM GIVING ME A HEADS UP ABOUT NOT RECEIVING MY PAYMENT. SO WHEN I WENT TO CANCEL MY INSURANCE WITH THEM AND ADD MY CAR TO ***********, ALL I GOT WAS A SONG AND DANCE ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED BEFORE THEY WOULD CANCEL(SEE EMAIL BELOW) WHEN I CALLED ACCEPTANCE HEADQUARTERS THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND CANCELLELD MY POLICY QUICKLY WITHOUT DEMANDING A COPY OF MY NEW POLICY WITH ***********. CHRISTINE SHOULD BE TERMINATED, SHE WAS VERY HATEFUL AND NOT AT ALL HELPFUL.

      The Request to cancel must be written ,dated and signed. An email is considered unacceptable. And for the company I need the Declaration Page of the new company. The Declaration Page can be a screen shot from online policy management. The written request, once on paper you can take a photo and send both document to this email or you can text them to me @
      Written Request must include Date, Reason for Cancelation, Policy #, How your would like the refund if there is one and signature. Thank you.
