On 6/11/2025 at 7am I dropped my car off at this Firestone location (********************************************) for a new set of tires and an oil change. I drive a 2016 ***** Civic Ex-T. I received a call a few hours later suggesting I also do a brake fluid exchange, coolant fluid exchange, and get new wiper blades. I agreed. When I arrived around 6pm to pick up my car I paid at the front counter, picked up my keys, and sat in my car when I noticed several large cracks in my windshield. I've never had a crack in my windshield in my life in any car. I went back in to talk to the service manager and he said the **** had clearly stated that the windshield was cracked prior to service. This is included in my invoice notes in all caps but I hadn't noticed before paying and they made no mention of it to me. The service manager also said that when he arrived at 11am the first thing the tech did was show him the windshield cracks and say he didn't do it. My car has other scuffs and dents that weren't called out the same way. Only the damage they caused. I've attached an image that shows the impact point to my windshield which is directly under the windshield wiper that they changed. This crack runs all the way up my windshield. The employees here refuse to let me contact the store owner and won't repair the damage they caused. I want my windshield fixed.

I paid Firestone over $1000.00 to repair my air service. My air in my 2018 Buick encore is still not working. I've been to three Firestones to get this issue resolved. They have not fixed the issue. It worked for only a few days and stopped again. I am asking for a full refund.

I sent a complaint to Firestone Corporate a couple of days ago regarding an that happened on Saturday June ******* in which I had 9am appointment to have one of my CV axles repaired which was under warranty and have the other replaced also.I was told it would take 2 hours so I left the car there.I was called around 1:00pm to pick up my car and return to work.I drove the car about 5 miles to a Food Lion store when I heard like the entire bottom of my car had fallen and my tires were pushing but not moving.I immediately pulled into the ********* parking lot lot and called Firestone. They came to see it and told me it would have to be towed back and was undrivable.I did not hear from Firestone until 5:45(which is 15 minutes before they close) to come pick up my ****** explanation as to what happened or anything. That was now 9 hours without my car so no work for the day.On Tuesday morning I spoke to an Area Manager named *****(never gave me his last name) that wanted to know what my complaint was about. He said he had not seen my file or talked to the store yet.I explained what happened when he then stated that they had paid for my tow and comped the repair for a tie rod(never knew about why it was towed). He then asked what I wanted compensation for and I told I would like a reduction of my bill or my missed day of work but I think it should be both at this point because he did know about my case, had no intention on resolving my issue and even stated that I probably ran over something and broke the tie rod.I got upset and asked to speak with someone else and he told me he was the only one I could speak with about this.I said what is the resolution ?Do I speak to an attorney? And he stated for me to do what I needed to do and he could not help **** would still like a reduction for the Labor Costs on my bill because of the amount of hours they had my car and my lost day of work which would have been $200.I was stranded in 90 degree heat because of their mistake not mine

I am filing a complaint against Firestone Complete Auto Care, ****************************************** (license #**************** visit: April 4, 2025, second visit: April 23, 2025 What the business committed: a complete resolution of a persistent coolant leak. They assured us the problem was fixed after each visit.Nature of the dispute: My husband and I are students with only one car. We paid for two separate visits to fix the same coolant leak. Each time, they did diagnostics, pressure tests, and replaced parts (thermostat and hoses). Despite spending over $1,100, the coolant leak was never fixed. When we tried to request a third inspection, the manager only said over the phone that the coolant is probably leaking internally and to see a dealership. No additional testing or inspection was done. The manager also told us that they would only refund the cost of parts if the dealership confirms they are defective. This is unacceptable to us, as we paid for a complete solution to the coolant leak, not just parts replacement.Has the business tried to resolve the problem? We gave them two opportunities to fix it, paying each time. They refused to inspect the vehicle a third time and have not made any further attempt to help us.Other details We never refused to pay and always trusted Firestones recommendations in good faith. Now, we are left without a reliable vehicle because driving with a persistent coolant leak is unsafe. Unfortunately, we do not have the courtesy check summary for the first visit because Firestone did not provide it to us.What we are seeking We are requesting that BAR investigate whether Firestones actions constitute incomplete or ineffective repair, inadequate diagnostics, or failure to honor warranty responsibilities. We would like either:A full refund for these incomplete attempts,a commitment by Firestone to properly diagnose and resolve the ongoing coolant leak at no further cost to us.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Tires Plus (*******, ** location) regarding unsatisfactory and unresolved brake repair services that have caused both safety concerns and financial distress. On approximately March 2025, I paid approximately $700 to Tires Plus for front brake service on my 2015 ***** Accord. For the first couple of months, my vehicle appeared to be functioning properly. However, I soon began to hear grinding noises when braking, which I promptly reported to the ******* location.Despite returning the vehicle for inspection, the technicians claimed they did not hear any abnormal sounds. Since then, the issue has worsened significantly, and my vehicle now makes loud grinding noises every time I brake. Ive been instructed repeatedly to bring the vehicle back, but given the dismissive and inadequate service received thus far, I no longer trust this location to resolve the issue effectively or safely.I believe Tires Plus has failed to deliver the service promised and may have either improperly installed or failed to fully address the brake issue, posing a potential safety hazard to me and others on the road.I am seeking the following resolution:A full inspection and repair of the brakes at no additional cost, performed by a certified technician not previously involved.A written explanation of what was done during the initial service and any findings from the follow-up inspections. If the issue cannot be resolved through a satisfactory repair, I request a full or partial refund of the service charges.I respectfully ask that your office review this matter and assist in holding Tires Plus accountable for the quality and integrity of their automotive services. I am also submitting this complaint to the Better Business Bureau to ensure others are aware of this ongoing issue.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and a timely resolution.

I brought my vehicle initially into Firestone on May 22nd, 2025. I requested a full safety and maintenance check up. I also requested that a bubbling/boiling noise be inspected. The mechanics at Firestone told me that the noise was a belt tensioner. And upon further inspection they noted that I needed my front brakes replaced and both of my front wheel bearings replaced as well. I spent $1,859.53 for in total repairs. I began hearing the noise coming from below the instrument cluster on my vehicle. I hadnt drove my car for a week due to getting a tire out & upon finally driving my car again. I was in my vehicle for 15 minutes before it overheated and started smoking. A mechanic told me I had two holes in my radiator and stated that a belt tensioner would never make a bubbling noise. I called Firestone a day later to request a refund to the belt tensioner because they did not fix the problem I was led to believe was causing the noise. I looked over my receipt and noticed the full safety inspection was left incomplete. This led me to believe negligence was happening. One of the mechanics stayed that the main technician must have to forgot to write them down. I came in on the day June 9th, 2025 to have them inspect my car again. They made excuses for the behavior and treated me with disrespect. They said no bubbling noise was heard during their other inspection. They offered no refund for the belt tensioner and said my radiator was in fact leaking. They offered to waive all labor costs, but I simply cannot afford another $619.64. If the problem I came in for had been inspected properly initially I would not have further damage happen on my car which has costed me more money.

On May 24, 2025, I took my vehicle to the Tires Plus location on ******************************************** for a rear brake job and an oil change. I was advised to have both front and rear brakes and rotors done, and I added a tire rotation. Upon picking up my car, I discovered several issues:The tire rotation was not completed, yet I was charged until I pointed it out.The driver-side panel was loose, and the manager had to pop it back in on-site.The oil change sensor was not reset, and the old service sticker remainedraising concerns about whether the oil change was actually performed. Most seriously, the front brakes began grinding shortly after service, despite a $572.97 charge for a full front brake job.I immediately reported these issues to store staff and corporate, resulting in claim #*******. I provided all requested information to **** ****, a Bridgestone Sr. ****** Specialist, and requested a third-party inspection. Since May 30, I have not received a response despite multiple follow-up calls and voicemails to both **** and his supervisor, **** ********.Ive had to limit use of my vehicle due to safety concerns and even rent a car for work. I feel taken advantage of and ignored after paying for services that were either not done or done poorly.Desired Resolution:I am requesting either a full refund for the services in question or a Tires Plus-funded third-party inspection and necessary repairs. I would also appreciate accountability for the poor customer service and lack of follow-through.

Im extremely disappointed with Firestones handling of my warranty situation. I purchased tires from Firestone under the 90-day buy-and-try satisfaction guarantee, which clearly states that I should be able to return or exchange the tires if Im not satisfied.Heres the problem: I tried to return them three separate times within the 90-day window, but every time I went in, they didnt have the tire in stock. I was told to come back later, and each time, they still didnt have it. Now Im just six days past the 90-day period, and theyre telling me the warranty no longer appliesdespite the fact that it was Firestones own inventory and scheduling issues that caused the delay in the first place. This is not just frustratingit feels dishonest. I played by the rules. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this within the warranty period. Now Firestone is hiding behind a technicality that they created. If this is how they stand by their satisfaction guarantee, then its clear that the warranty is more of a marketing tactic than a real promise. This is the kind of experience that makes customers lose ******** asking ********************** to do the right thing and honor the warranty. If they dont, Ill make sure others know to think twice before relying on their guarantees.Transaction happened March 3rd

On April 26, 2025, I brought my car to Firestone at ******************************, for brakes/rotors and a front splash shield purchase and install. I paid $1,428.83 in full, including $679.05 for the splash shield and labor. The manager, Ant (*******), said the part had to be ordered and they would contact me. A week passed with no contact. I called and spoke to *******, who said the part had arrived. Ant followed up days later. Due to scheduling, I brought the car in May 17 for installation. On May 24just seven days laterI heard dragging while driving home on the freeway. I called Ant from the road. When I arrived at my sons daycare, I confirmed the newly installed front splash shield had come loose and was hanging. Ant asked if I had driven over gravel or rough terrain. I had notI drive normal city/highway roads. Ive owned this car since April 2022 with no prior splash shield issues. If this was due to driver error, there would be other signs of damagesuch as to my undercarriage or other splash shield sectionswhich there werent. Only the replaced part failed. That night, I secured it with zip ties to prevent dragging. I returned May 25 and told ******* if the part couldnt be properly replaced, I didnt want it patched. She said Ant would likely replace it, but nothing was confirmed. When I picked up my car, they tried to charge me an inspection fee, which they waived after I explained Ant had requested I bring the car in.Two more weeks passed with no update. On June 7, I called again. Ant said the part had no warranty and blamed my low car and possible driving habits. My vehicle is a standard-height sedan. He then suggested removing the part altogetherdespite me having paid for it. In the two weeks since failure, the zip ties tore through the material, worsening the issue. I had to cut part of it off myself for safety. I want the part replaced and properly installed or a full refund.
