I want to say that was one of the worst mistakes we ever did was to walk into or drive-thru a firestone. After they told us the price of the car we were shocked. The car was left for 4 days without any repairs being done. The people at Firestone the one that man that we spoke with Mike didn't even honor the didn't even honor their warranty. They ignored it. I think they just wanted us to disappear and $1,700 later that's going to that's not going to happen. Thank you for this opportunity to let me say a little bit of what I wanted to say.

I had inspection done to assure that I didn't spend all my money on a van that needed work. They took a bribe or overlooked work that was needed to be done telling me it was excellent condition. When I called Firestone, they gave me an area manager. That assured me that be overlooked. Work would be done at no cost to me.
Then he was fired. And I was directed to the regional manager. This manager said we will do The work and proceeded to put me off for several weeks and kept me waiting. Then after 3 months told me the best they would do is 10% off. Do not get your car inspected there and do not do any mechanical work there because this company can't be trusted and is not a company that sticks to their word. They wasted allot of time promising to do the work and I was unable to negotiate a better deal because they lied and said it was in excellent condition

?? I have been working with Firestone auto shops for over 4 years to solve any maintenance issues I had because I genuinely believed in their work. This particular location, will never have my support or money again unless I get my 840 dollars back and they actually fix the mess they made because although they got my car running again after a breakdown on the side of the road, they clearly caused a major leak (I did not have prior to bringing my car in) after they fixed my alternator, some fluid has leaked under my car. They did not inform me of any leaks before fixing my car, something I would have clearly said yes to fixing if it was going to create more issues. Something I can’t understand how they figure could be my fault at all when it wasn’t leaking before!
Check this, when I got the car back I noticed it wasn’t fixed and the store rep noticed the same thing at the time and told me they will take a look at it again later that day while I sat at the shop. When I returned at the time they suggested, They pulled the car around the shop where I couldn’t see it and then gave it back to me an hour or so later saying nothing was wrong. And again any other issues would be something I’d have to fix with them another time.
After that I headed to another Firestone location for help about the situation and to set an appointment to fix my car because I’m trying get back to work. I ended up running into a Firestone store manger that I spoke to the day I dropped off my car. I explained my situation and he told me that I might have to just pay for the parts and not the labor for this kind of situation (a situation THEY caused).
Like I can not begin to explain how upset I was, and rightfully so! all I can say now is I’m not going back there.

1401 E Williams St in Apex, NC. They misaligned my car and the tires were ruined. Told me it was my fault for not bringing the car in sooner.

I had a lifetime wheel alignment, and when I took my vehicle to have it realigned, they charge me an extra $164.89 for labor charge because I have the cams with the pinholes. They attempted to do the wheel alignment and could not align it correctly with multiple attempts and ended up refunding the original purchase of the lifetime wheel alignment, but not the added labor. They charged specifically for the wheel alignment and nothing else. It’s ridiculous that they have not refunded the 164.89. I don’t blame them that they could not do it, but if you can’t do it, give me the money back. If you were able to complete the service, I would somewhat understand, but still disagree with the added charge. I ended up taking it to downriver Spring and they did the wheel alignment no problem.

I took my car in for a wheel alignment, and it hasn't been running right since. It has been jerking to the left out of nowhere and has eating up two sets of brand-new tires. We took the car back to Firestone to see what was wrong, and someone who said he was the supervisor named Maurice, did an inspection and gave us a total of things that needed to be fixed. I called him and asked him why did they do the wheel alignment knowing these things needed to be done and he said my husband did not pay to get an inspection service before he had the wheel alignment done. I asked him if he should have informed us about these services that needed to be done before he did the wheel alignment, and he said no. I know for a fact this is not true because I worked in the car industry before myself. I inquired about the cost of these services, and he told me that I shouldn't put any more money in my car being that it was a 2011/13-year-old car, which was an insult to me. My car ran well before the wheel alignment. I am now getting so much run around with customer service and others telling me the Area manager, General manager, and now the district manager would be contacting me. I have not heard back from any of them. This Firestone is located in Memphis, Tn, and the customer service is awful.

The Firestone on Bridgewood dr in Fort Worth Texas is the worst service I been lie to being told one thing and them doing something else. If you need to go to Firestone please look some one else the white that is in front will lie to you and every single person that comes in he has. Something bad to say about them after they leave. Firestone needs to look at who they hire and what they know. I hope Gary G******* reads this and hope he can do something with this matter asap. Car still sitting in parking a lot still from 12.45 pm till 515 pm and nothing done. Now tell Omg me that it won’t be done till Sunday sitting in lobby since 12.45 and now they are telling me this. Don’t come here whatever you do don’t come here

Saturday night I saw that my tire had a bubble above the rim. I had all four tires replaced from this Firestone almost exactly 1 year ago, I figured it would be covered under warranty since it was clearly to me a tire defect.
Sunday morning I called and made an appointment for later that afternoon. I drove there on my donut to find that no one was at the shop and they had closed.
Monday morning I made another appointment. When I arrive, they don’t have my tire in the shop and will have to wait until later in the day for the shipment to come
Later we receive a phone call that because of the hurricane set to hit on Wed, the warehouse shut down. They will call once the tire is in
Friday morning they call and leave a message saying they have my tire now. I call and triple check they have my tire before I drive there again for no reason. They confirm yes. After dropping my car off, they leave a voicemail saying they actually don’t have my tire and don’t know when warehouse will open post hurricane.
I return to the shop and ask them if they could put SOMETHING other than this donut on my car until my tire comes in. I work 30 miles from home at TGH so I NEED to be able to drive this car. Plus they recognize that I’ve now wasted 3 trips to this shop on their error. The store manager, John, says that not only would I need to pay for this temporary tire, but the tire with the bubble was a “road hazard” and not covered under warranty. All of this inconvenience to get NOWHERE, so I take my keys and leave.
I call *** **** right across the street now that I know that for some reason Firestone won’t cover my tire under warranty. They looked at the tire and showed me every reason that this tire was a defect and NOT a road hazard. (No scratches along rim, nothing in tire, tread in nearly perfectly new condition, no signs that I hit anything). I tell them my whole Firestone experience and they are APPALLED, and told me there is no way anyone could justify calling it a road hazard.

Firestone in Centerville, OH. Stay away. They will scam you. Took car in for a simple belt replacement. Was told needed new tires, spark plugs, and rear brakes. After getting repairs, brakes squealed loudly. Took back in was told it was the front brakes making the sound and they needed replaced. After repairs, squealing continued. Took in again, told it was warped rotors. I refused the repair and took it to another shop who discovered the front brakes were installed with incomplete parts and the rear brakes were installed upside down. When I informed Firestone of the error discovered, I got nothing but an "oh" from the staff. I now have an attorney involved to recoup the cost of the brakes and Bridgestone Retail Op (Nashville, TN) is refusing to take responsibility and reimburse the cost of their representatives' faulty workmanship. Save yourself the headache and expense. Go anywhere else.
(Would have left zero stars but BBB wouldn't let me)
