      Firestone Wrightsboro 30909 misdiagnosed tire damage on 9/3/24, initially claiming all tires were safe. Later acknowledged rear left tire leak. Manager promised free replacement. Next day, different manager denied this agreement, demanding purchase of two additional tires to replace damaged one. Remounted unsafe tire, preventing use of vehicle. Inconsistent information provided across staff. Multiple attempts to resolve ignored. Left without safe transportation and missed work. $887.85 paid for faulty service. Complaint filed with GA Attorney General. Awaiting corporate response. Unprofessional, unsafe practices demonstrated throughout.????????????????

      Very poor service and things not done right. Check engine light kept coming on and then overheated. The check engine light was just reset when they couldn't figure out why it was coming on. I was told to make sure there was coolant in the car prior to starting. Car had to be towed and it turns out car was leaking gas in the engine! Complaint made to local office and twice to corporate office with area manager not returning call.

      Had my my car checked here once to get my transmission checked. They made it worse and used all my cars gas they left enough so I can drive right across the street for some gas. The people who work there dont know what they are doing. This locations ignorance is going to get some hurt for their wrongfully done work on vehicles. Stay away for your own safety.

      They destroyed my cars engine and coerced and intimidated me into signing the car over to them. Noncommunicative very unprofessional absolute nightmare to deal with.

      Went in for a new tire at the Tires Plus Conway Road, Orlando location (by the airport) and they said my battery was dead. It wasn’t when I went in. They definitely did something to my battery to get me to buy a new one. My car is only three years old. I would never go there again. A big rip-off. They should be investigated.

      took my ***** challenger in for them to look at ac it stopped blowing cool air they told me it needed a recharge with dye for the leaks charged me 248 then said we didnt see any but if it doesnt help to bring back 24 hours later I bring the car back mind you they had my car for 4 hours to later find out its now my compressor and the charge is 681 I want my money back bc you didnt fix the issue and now want more I feel as thouh I was overcharged for everything

      I recently took my ***** to Firestone Auto Care for a wheel alignment check, and the experience was beyond frustrating. The staff clearly lacked the necessary knowledge and common sense required to service electric vehicles. Instead of admitting their limitations, they made up a series of excuses to avoid working on my car. It was obvious they were not prepared or trained to handle Teslas, yet they wasted my time and offered no helpful solutions. I expected more professionalism and honesty from a well-known auto service provider like Firestone. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them for ***** owners or anyone expecting competent service.

      First visit, I dropped my car off for 3 issues, AC, a slow leak in a tire, and to rotate the tires.
      I clearly stated verbally/writing that the issue was the AC was blowing warm/hot air when in traffic or parked and idling, but fine if I was driving. They said it was the condenser and charged $1000+ to replace it. Afterwards I noticed two stem caps were missing, they didn't find the slow leak and they 'fixed' the AC. The AC was still doing the same thing. I called and spoke to Rich, the mechanic who replaced my condenser, He said he didn't realize the real issue, couldn't address the stem caps, or the slow leak that still existed. I brought my car back for a second visit. Rich, called and I was told he left my car idling for 3 hours and the temperature was fine. He said he would check it again later in the afternoon when it was hotter outside. I asked if it was excessive to leave a car idling for 3 hours. His answer was he shut it down so I wouldn't run out of gas. He left a message that my vehicle was ready but nothing was done. When picking the car up Rich or David the manager, were not there. Additionally they parked my car in a handicap parking spot. I set up a third appointment, the AC was still doing the exact same thing. Rich called that afternoon, he was combative, would not let me speak, insisted that the AC was fine and he had a video of his thermometer proving that it was blowing cold air. He then hung up on me. I called back immediately, David the manager answered, he was also very combative. He refused to let me speak, he talked over me the entire time and called me a fool. He instructed me that my car was ready, I was to walk in, pick up my keys, and leave. I asked for his managers contact information, David responded I didn't need any other phone numbers for Firestone employees. I filed a complaint with the corporate office, almost a week since, I have not hear from a single person.

      One of my tires was low on air this morning. I took it to firestone where I have purchased several tires and asked them to investigate. It's been two hours and I'm still waiting for them to simply check a low tire. I'm at the Spring, TX on Holzworth. A lot of other customers coming and going and being serviced first. This place is awful. Can even do simple tire checks. Other people are her getting oil and AC links. I wouldn't trust them with anything like that, they can't even do simple air pressure investigation.

      The right rear tire blew out on my 2018 ***** Caravan on Sat 8/17/24. I called the Firestone dealership at 3400 McNiel & spoke to Todd. He sent **** Towing to tow my van to the dealership arriving at 12:30. He did not ask me what kind of replacement tire I wanted & told me it would be at least 2 hrs. Got a ride home & waited with no phone call saying it would not be changed in the 5 hrs until their closing time at 6. I went back on Sunday to see when the tire would be changed. He said he had lots of customers & had 10 cars ahead of me. When I told Todd that if he didn't intend to change the tire today I could have it towed somewhere else to get it done he said I was threatening him & refused to work on my car. Seems to me a tire dealership that sells tires should have an employee dedicated to take care of customers that have bought tires there previously especially if they expect that customer to be back to buy tires again. I have bought tires there on 2 different vehicles but will not return for any reason due to Todd's LACK of customer service.
