Run, run and run. Firestone Auto Care is not a good place to go for your car repairs. Their specialty is tire not car repairs. They'll do and say anything to get their tires and new brakes in your car and what ever car trouble you had will remain unfix.
I got a charge for $1,800 for tires I did not pick and not authorized and they replaced my car battery when I had zero car battery issues.
In 35 years of owning cars and maintaining cars from NY, Mass, FL, Firestone Auto Care in Somersworth New Hampshire running by these two thugs a Greg Store Manager and a Patrick, District Manager are the worst experience I've had.
Greg is a jokester a liar a Con man he so unreal they moved him to another location.
His boss Patrick is a pure narcissist a racist who tells you "All complaints comes to him and him alone there is no one above him to help you and his words are final". The Japanese that always care about their brans and own Firestone corp should fire these two.
I've reporting them the State Attorney's General Office. Hopefully, others like myself can bring a law suits.

Brought Jeep in due to no heat blowing out of vents. $800 later very little heat for a week then no heat again. After no help, took it to another auto repair shop who cleaned the heater core correctly and the Jeep now has heat. Either they did not do the work or did it very poorly. Avoid this business, they are an auto repair shop in name only. More of a auto ripoff shop!

I dropped my car off at the Firestone in Waxahachie, Texas as soon as my battery light came on. "Someone" called the next morning but did not leave a message about my car. I did not learn until 2p.m. that due to a medical issue, they did not have a diagnostician and I would have to take my car to another location. I called several other locations and could only get in to one roughly 20 miles away. I asked if they had someone who could tow and they did not. I spoke to the service - or store manager- who was VERY disrespectful. He said "You should have expected we would call." I told him that I don't return calls from people I don't know, especially when a message isn't left. The number I called was not the number that called me and he said it was because the number I called was a ****** number. Well, I had to drive my car somewhere else and it DIED halfway there on the highway and I had to get it towed. Firestone in Waxahachie put me in a very unsafe position. I have called headquarters and have only heard from someone ONCE. I thought for sure this company would care more about its customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm calling these ****** out by name in my review too. There's a new manager there named John and he may be the biggest piece of shit mechanic I ever met. His crew isn't any better. Took it in to have back brakes done. He calls back and after doing an inspection he said they took the back brakes off and they crumbled and it needed a new drum and rotors. Tried to charge me 950 dollars. I told him I would give him the 10 dollars inspection and to take my car off the rack and I would come get it. He tried to say he couldnt give me something that isnt operable. I told him I would push the mf'er home! So when I come to get it he decides to go to the bank and I talked to his employee. He looked at the sheet and said the total was going to be 650.....I said what?? He told me different. So not only did he try to overcharge me but when I took it up the road to Big O Tires (good, honest mechanics btw) after the did the job for 416 dollars he said some tried to manipulate the wheel cylinder, that someone "really went at it" were his words. If I could prove they did it, which I know they did but I really cant prove it, but I would sue these assholes if I could. 2 months ago they tried charging me 55 dollars for an oil change as well when they were advertising 29.99 on the sign. THEY ARE FKING CROOKS DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! There was other shit they did and said but you get the gist of this. Crooks. Straight Crooks. I pray they go under.

Incompetent, inefficient, and unqualified mechanics. Alternator bad and they put a new battery in. The battery in the car was only one year old.
Firestone charged me $195 for a new battery and $36.99 for an analysis, which was worthless. They claimed that the alternator and starter was checked but my car stopped on me two weeks later and I need a new alternator. I do not see how FireStone could have missed that. December 22, 2022, my vehicle was towed to fire stone.
If they had done the analysis as they claim, they should have discovered the bad alternator. I will never go to Firestone again or recommend them - inefficient, incompetent, and unskilled, and unknowledgeable mechanics.

12/20/22 - I spoke with Manager Paul told him I needed four new tires and a possible wheel alignment. Confirmed I get off of work at 5pm and would be right over to his establishment. I arrived at exactly 5:21pm was told by the guys at front desk that it was too late for me to get any services done. I then asked why after confirming and speaking with Paul am I being told I can't be serviced because of the time. They answered they didn't know.
12/21/22 - I returned to store at 4:35pm work was completed, four new tires and a wheel alignment.
12/22/22 - (Invoice #******) The beginning of a scary nightmare, it was the early stages of the blizzard here and I was on the expressway I57 in route to Tinley Park from Richton Park I had just got on the ramp at Sauk Trail heading Northbound when I noticed my tire pressure light on. I figured it was due to me just getting new tires placed on my car and my car system had to recalibrate so I just assumed as I keep driving it would turn off. I then noticed I wasn't accelerated as I should be then again just passed it off as the high winds blowing, but then as the wind blew and snow was covering the road I didn't have the best traction and began to swerve on the highway with my child in the car, we both were frightened due to the weather conditions and swerving on a expressway with other cars on the road around me. Finally, I found a safe spot to pull over right before the exit for Lincoln Highway. I got out my car to only be shocked to see my passengers rear tire was on a flat. From that point I had to drive a mile on a flat tire to the nearest Firestone in Matteson. Upon arriving I told them the situation, of how just yesterday I purchased new tires form the Lansing location and now on a flat. They took my car right away, then discovered that one of the four rubber valve stems that was purchased with my new tires was never replaced. The Matteson store location then replaced new passenger rear valve stem. (Invoice #******)

I had tires put on over the weekend mind you it took 6 1/2 hrs. I had an appointment at 9 am and had to go in there at 2pm because I had not heard anything. Was told appointments mean nothing. They had just started to work on it. All they had to do was put four tires and a spare on. They where already mounted on the rim. They had talked me into an alignment and after having my car for 6 1/2 hours said they do not have the tools to complete. Its a jeep nothing fancy all stock parts. I do thank them for removing my lock nut on spare it was a big help but then they stripped another nut and told me they could not help me. Finally got my vehicle back at 3:45, half done. Oh then they sent me on my way and had to call me because they did not put my spare in my jeep that they could not put on. My bad for not checking before I left. I really had high hopes for this place. The counter guy seemed so nice.

I called the store at 8am to get a run flat tire, I know they have to get them delivered to the shop, and they told me that they would be able to get it and they would be able to install it for me. So I went to the shop and paid for the tire at 8:30am. I was called at 11 to come back but was told they couldn’t install till the next morning. I said it had to be done now. So I was made to wait, I waited 5 hours without any communication, once I got my car. They called me and were angry and aggressive with me because I had called and complained to the corporate office about how I had been treated at the store.

Dropped my car off for repair of a slow leak. They called me a little later and told me it was against the law to repair my tire because it was six years old so would have to buy a new one. Later that evening looked everywhere on the internet found it was a total LIE.

I went to have my heater fixed and an oil change. If course the tell you a million other things that you need fixed. I walked out paying over $1700. The heater was $300. And it still didn't work they told me i needed to take it to the dealership. And they didn't refund my money. I feel if they weren't able to fix my issue don't take my money and just do something. I want my completed services.
