They violated my rights and tricked me into signing up for a credit card. They lied about what my social security number was for and said they needed it to hear back about getting parts for my car. They then proceeded to make me wait 15 minutes before saying they haven’t heard back but it’s ok they’ll do it anyways. Later I was sent a credit card and I am absolutely livid.

I think they inflate part prices. I had to returws the car for them to redo the work they completed.
I am still experiencing the same issue with the car. On two occassuons, I was told they can't do the job, but a second later I was told, oh, we can actually do it.

This whole company is a bait and switch. Their default for an oil change is the premium option, which is crazy expensive. So, if you want a standard oil change, you have to EXPLICITLY ask for it or they default to premium. And they make sure not to tell you this so you don't know until after they've performed the service. Why BBB has done nothing about this, I don't know. Don't waste your money here.

Bought 4 new tires from Tires Plus in Vero Beach, FL 4/22 with a 70K warranty. Within a year we started noticing loud road noises. Took the car to Firestone (Bridgestone-who owns Firestone/Tires Plus) in Palm Bay, FL. Advisor told my husband that the 'Shock's' needed to be replaced and that they would then replace the tires under the warranty. We took the car to an auto repair shop who said the 'shocks' were perfectly fine and that the tires had defects. We replaced the shocks anyway so that Firestone would replace the tires. Shortly there after the car was taken back to Firestone to get the tires replaced and the advisor proceeded to say that the tires do not have defects and pro-rated to replace the tires!!!! We took the car to another tire repair shop and they said there are definite defects and should be covered under warranty and not be pro-rated!!! We said to the Firestone Manager “so you’re telling me, in your professional opinion that shocks that DID NOT need to be replaced caused my tires to wear evenly and consistently 50,000 miles sooner than they should have?” He said Yes.
Firestone/Tires Plus - nothing but scammers, trying to sell you repairs that are not needed, just to avoid Warranties...

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Midwest City location (5720 Tinker Diagonal, Midwest City, OK) under the management of Shannon. My recent experience has raised significant concerns regarding the professionalism and accountability of the staff, as well as the safety of my vehicle following their work.
On or about the 12 Aug.2024, I brought my car to this location to address a screw in my tire, a fact I confirmed by showing the manager a photograph. During the process of removing the tire, the team cracked my wheel—this being the second such incident I have experienced at this store. While the manager has agreed to send the wheel out for repair, she incorrectly attributed the damage to a pothole rather than acknowledging the mishandling by the staff. This is untrue, as the wheel was intact when I brought it in for service.
As a disabled veteran with small children who rely on this vehicle for daily transportation, I am extremely concerned about the potential compromise to my vehicle's safety. Driving at highway speeds with a damaged wheel is a significant safety risk, and I specifically asked the manager if the wheel was now compromised. Rather than addressing my concerns with care and professionalism, she belittled the situation and spoke to me in a condescending manner, dismissing the valid safety concerns I raised.
Moreover, I personally witnessed several technicians struggling to remove the tire from the rim, using improper techniques such as forcing and leveraging metal tools. This aggressive handling is likely the cause of the damage and demonstrates a lack of appropriate training or regard for the customer’s property.
I find it unacceptable that this location has damaged two of my rims without taking full responsibility, instead shifting blame to the customer. This behavior erodes trust and reflects poorly on Hibdon Tires Plus as a company.

Firestone does not honor appointments. They stack customers beyond their capabilities, and they don't care how it affects your life. You really have to wait to have lifetime warranty work done. They ****.

This location is absolutely AWFUL! I came in with what I thought was an oil leak because my mother in-law had spots in their driveway. Took it in on Tuesday night, nobody available to look at it at 5:00 when they close at 7. Strike 1. Strike 2, they call and say that the mechanic called in due to weather...do they not have any other mechanic on staff that will be there to help customers after 5 p.m.? Strike 3, I take it in to get an oil and dye test to see where the leak is coming from. They said that the oil pan was leaking, and they needed to replace the oil pan gasket, then they also had to remove and replace the timing cover, when the vehicle has no signs of any timing issues whatsoever. Then they also state that they would need to run a block test to see if it's a possible blown head gasket....BUT they don't have the manpower to perform such tedious work. This makes NO SENSE as there were no reports of any leaks when I took my car to get routine oil changes. They said that by the amount of oil that it's been going on for quite some time. This is the second time I have taken my vehicles here and they have tried to take me for a ride with unnecessary. NEVER again will I take my vehicle to firestone. What used to be a reliable auto repair place (they helped me in the past) is now full of nothing but SCAMS. It's a shame that your company preys on women who come in looking to get their car fixed and the staff assumes that they don't know what they are talking about. I will be calling the corporate number to file a complaint and will consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well about this location.

I scheduled to have tires replaced on my SUV for 11/18/24. I received a call stating they needed to order the tires and they would be at the store on 11/22/24 so I rescheduled my appointment for 11/23/24. I went to bring my car in at my new appointment time and was gaslit, the service member stated the appointment was made for 11/30/24. Whatever, I was correct and had the confirmation emails. I never received additional correspondence to reschedule. The 29th rolls around, I drop my car and keys off to be worked on 11/30/24. It’s now 12/1/24, I called this morning to confirm my car was ready for pick up, nope…. Tired won’t be here until Monday and again was never contacted for an update. My husband and I went to the store to pick my car up because I didn’t want to spend $1300 dollars on something that was probably going to be shoddy work. We get to the store. My car had clearly been driven, I dropped it off with over 100 miles of gas left in it, this morning it had 45. Not to mention, the setting for my seat were way off and the car was still warm for whoever took it for a test drive. The worst part is, the “manager” James is supposedly the one who was supposed to communicate the changes. James was not at the store today and if he has the lack of work ethic and accountability, he isn’t going to do anything to correct his mistakes. To maintain your sanity and safety of your vehicle, DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE!
