      Bought a new lamp post because could not use current one. Contacted JTE and they said it
      post sleeve did not fit... ordered another.. when it arrived and JTE commenced to "install" they
      claimed to run into all sorts of problems (not evident before they came on the scene.) Changes
      in their personnel during this time. They were unable to correct after having been paid . Now our wiring is all askew from their various attempts. Out hundreds for the post and JTE charges..... and we have been without property lighting for months.... Evidently taking work above their level of competence.
