      "Came in to get my phone fixed front desk was pushy and forced me into a subscription. Was told ill get a call the next day never recieved it. Called the following day was told its unrepairable and said I will pick it up. Upon picking up my still broken phone the internal S pen was missing and back glass was not reglued. Confronted them about these problems took the phone to the back for an additional 10 minutes returned it to me still not glued. Do not recommend coming here due to pushy and unprofessional employees"
      I left this ****** review on the Stapleton Colorado location and received this response back

      I have called the number and before i can even explain the problem i get hung up on
      i now have an even more broken phone with an unglued back glass and a missing S pen for my ******* S22 ultra I need a refund for this subscription and a replacement pen!!!

      My Daughter got a Samsung ZFOLD 5 on Contract with T****. The salesperson sold her on the complete device care for $15 a month. The main reason that she chose to go with this was because she was worried about cracked screens. This plan clearly says that it replaces cracked screens for $39 dollars on this plan. when she tried to take advantage of the cracked screen repair she was told that they do not do the cracked screen repair on this phone. After 3 hours on the phone back and forth between T**** and them I found out that it is because to replace the cracked screen it would cost $800.00. I got this information from T****. So to be clear, nobody from either company told us that this phone was not covered when we signed up for this service. After a few days and some back and forth, I was directed to an area of their website buried very deep in small writing on the supposed contract I signed. It has a spot that you enter in your device info and it gives you what they are willing to do. Long story short, they would not fix the screen and the only option was to get a brand new device for $650.00. deception at its finest. Terrible company!

      They are beyond inconsistent in what they say. I was told 3 different time estimates of the repair completion would be done, within 2 days. Then when I went in to pick up my device one worker told me that my phone was having hardware issues (which it did not have before I went in) and that i would have to call in the morning to see what happened to it and if they need to order a part or of they fixed it. Then when my husband went in and asked for a manager, he said the phone would be ready in 15 mins (which we recieved in about 25 mins). Meanwhile the manager called my husband "rude" once I came in while making eye contact with me followed by asking me do I need assistance, I realized he thought we was two separate customers. He was not being rude, he was annoyed because he had to ask to see his phone 3 times, with the manager making smart remarks like if I show you your phone I will be giving it to you because you don't want it to be fixed.
      Unprofessional, inconsistent, I won't be getting home+, even at a hour away this is the closest asurion partner near me.

      We are beyond mad right now. We paid and took our **** into the store to have it fixed and we haven't heard anything from anyone. I called the number for Asurion and they just said there isn't anything they can do but escalate the claim. When we dropped it off they assured us that it would be sent out the same day to be sent to the warehouse as they don't' fix ******  there. OK I am fine with that. It has been a week and still haven't heard from anyone. I check the status of the claim and it shows it is still sitting at the **** store. Why didn't this leave the store to be sent out? Where is our **** now? Will we ever get it back? I think this is really unfair to customers who are expecting something to be fixed but yet nothing happens. I want our money back and our **** back immediately! This is totally uncalled for. I am going to also cancel the protection.

      This place markets Asurion insurance for Home electronic devices. I purchased the insurance. After placing a claim for my laptop and dropping it off over a month ago, I still do not have the computer. Getting status updates is like pulling teeth. Eventually, I learned the laptop was sent to the "depot," which is a facility in NY. I have been unable, to date, to get any information on what repairs they have/have not done. Today, Asurion offered me a budget-level replacement for an ***  Stealth high-end gaming computer. What a joke! In order to refuse the offer, I had to speak with a least half a dozen associates. The last person I spoke with, who was very rude, told me he would have to check with (i.e. email) the depot to see if my computer was "salvaged" and "IF" they could return it to me. He insisted he would not get a response before Friday, possibly Monday (today is Wednesday). This insurance is a scam! Do do not take the bait.

      Charged me an insane amount just to change a battery, but ended up breaking my camera. Then accuses me of some other problems that were not there before I walked in the store. Mind you, this whole process took over 4 hours to replace and find out. Don't bother making an appointment either because it's still first come first serve.
      The new part took an entire month to come in and it still does not work. They couldn't even explain the issue to me. The lack of professionalism is astounding from a "****** certified" store. Waste of time and money.

      In May 2024 I call several uBreakFix stores (which is advertised ******* certified) to find out if they would put a new battery into a ******* smart watch. The uBreakiFix stores closest to where I live said they did not do it. I called the uBreakiFix store in ************* and they said they do and it would be about $50.00. The following week I went to the store in **********, and they informed me I needed to make an appointment and that it would be $50.00 plus tax and take two hours. I made the appointment for the next month on June 23, 2024, at 1:00.On June 23rd I went to the ********** store for my 1:00 appointment. I was told that they could not put the battery into the watch because they were backed up. They wanted me to leave the watch. They said Even if you make an appointment, it really is not an appointment. I explained to them that I lived 2 hours away and that I was told the battery would be put in the same day.I do not know if there is contract with ******* and uBreakifix, If so ******* need to partner up with a business that can handle the work load and not waste people time and gas.

      I first visited this location in August of 2023 for a ****** Pixel repair. The repair was covered by ****** as the phone was only a few months old. The repair was done in a timely manner. After some time we realized the front facing camera was not working so we brought the device back where they realized that when the screen was replaced there was a cover on the camera hole that was not removed. The employee removed that piece quickly and we had no issues. Fast forward to today I thought the phone in because the screen was not responsive again. After looking into it the tech said that since it was less than a year, it was covered and to come back in 30 minutes. After 40 minutes I returned and was told they didn't start the work because there was physical damage so it wasn't covered. I spoke to a manager who took the phone back again they came back up and said they were mistaken and it was covered and I could come back in 30 minutes. About 15 minutes later I received a call that it again will not be covered due to physical damage, I said I would return to speak with a manager. When speaking to the manager he said it now wasn't covered because the original repair was paid for by ****** and it wasn't "their screen" so it wasn't covered. Not only did I have to come 3 times, 2 of which were this afternoon, for services done at this location I am still unclear why the repair isn't covered. I will definitely keep all paperwork from today's visit as if the employees here cannot explain to me that or why the repair isn't covered why should I trust the work. This message will also be posted in a ****** review as well as with the local Better Business Bureau. I have no issues paying for repairs and was prepared to but then I was told TWICE that I wouldn't have to and I expected that to be honored.

      If zi could I would give them a 0 start they send me two bad phones not working with issues and tech issues . Called and ceo Jeff refused to give me his last name plus was nit even trying to go out of his way to help agent # ****** plus they kept me on mute not even on hold

      West Wichita KS location: I took my fully functioning Iphone in here for a battery replacement and they ruined it. They offered no compensation, the phone is unusable, it will only work for a limited time while its plugged in, it will not charge and will not power up without being plugged in. "They break not Fix" didnt warn me this could happen, they provided no paperwork and didnt document anything as to avoid responsibly, I believe this place is engaged in fraud.
      Ill be taking them to small claims court. I wish I would have read the reviews on here prior to using them, I would have avoided this place.
