scammers, I have insurance for 2 years on my vegetable chopper.
After one year it broke, I tried get my refund back to purchase it again but Asurion is scam, after 10 emails and phone calls they still needed additional information when I already give them all.
Never gonna purchase insurance or anything again specially thought ****** thought Asurion.

I have filed two different claims with Assurion and have had nothing but problems. The first claim I filed for a gaming chair took me almost a year for them to finally authorize a refund. They kept asking for a receipt even though I submitted 4 times! The second claim is for a printer that stopped working. I filed a month ago and I keep getting emails asking me to submit my receipt! I finally got someone on chat who, first, asked for my receipt again! I finally got the claim mostly straightened out but while I was waiting for an answer from him regarding shipping options, he suddenly stopped chatting with me and just left me hanging. He didn’t even end the chat?! Very rude and unhelpful business. Their customer service is terrible!N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

I ordered a scooter thru ****** they took my warranty money then when my item Brooke o sent it to be fixed the damaged it more sent it back to my phone without any protection just the item even the *** driver was shocked marked it as fixed even though they didn't not the monitor was more damaged then when it was sent the ignition was still broken n acceleration was still damaged when I asked to have it fixed or give my my reimbursement they scheduled pickup *** for me three times that never showed up *** said they never actually made an attempt to pick up item I requested my money back bc they kept sending fake pickups they said I would be called back three times and now they just keep saying we'll call you and never do. I reported to ****** but was told even though it's not right their a separate company and can't help me even though their breaking contract and not honoring their warrantyN.E.W. Unfortunatly, I have to believe this company is a complete scam. I purchased a pair of ***** Headphones from ******. They broke, and I have been trying to file a claim for 2 weeks now. I received an email from Asurion asking me to upload the product receipt and the receipt for the protection plan. Whenever I attempt to upload my verifiable receipts the website does not load. It will spin forever. I want to assume this is a website error but it happens every. single. time. for weeks. I have tried multiple browsers and my internet connection is perfect. Every other website works perfectly! EXCEPT ASURION! This company is dishonest and a scam. I fear they don't even allow you to file a claim. They are fraudulently selling protection plans with no intention of providing insurance. It's truly disgusting this is allowed.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

I purchased their warranty plan through ****** at the time I purchased the item from an ****** seller. After an accident in which the item was broken I have tried filling a claim. I filled their claim form sent in pictures of the item and screen shots of the ****** order and detail invoice screens for the item and the plan. They requested the receipts to be sent in again for both items, multiple times. Not only did I send them in over and over but ****** had already sent in the purchase of the plan since it was listed on my account when I logged into their system. They closed the claim saying they did not receive the requested receipts. I contacted them and asked what they think they need and was told the receipts. I mentioned that I had sent them multiple times and that they are screen shots so they will not be out of focus, so they reopened the claim. I sent the claim form in, pictures of all the receipts, second copy of the receipts with the item/ plan highlighted even though those were the only things purchased at that time. I sent in pictures all the way around the damaged item to make sure they could see the complete item. They requested the receipts again. Then they requested the pictures again. Now they have refused the claim stating they did not receive a valid document.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

I purchased protection for a printer and was told that Asurion won't cover the printer (its under manufacturers warranty). The printer manufacturer wont cover the printer because I have the extended warranty. Then, today, Asurion has told me that I need to wait an entire year for the manufacturer warranty to expire before they will cover. Unbelievable.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

Terrible company. Been trying to upload documents for a TV repair/replacement for 2 weeks. I Keep calling and getting the same answers. This company is running a scam for $25 a month and they wont repair/replace the TV. Please avoid at all costs.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

This company, ASURION, is a scammer's company! They have outsourced a few call centers’ customer service representatives from the Philippines or that region! Now, if you call the customer care number to file a claim, they will sound so sweet! That’s it, you are actually buying these sweet talks for a few minutes when you add this ****** protection plan through ** or ****** or a for any other company! You thought it would give you peace of mind. NO, NO, don’t get deceived by their promises. They will try everything to not provide you service which they promised. They will send a handyman to your home to find your fault to void the warranty. If you ask questions to the handyman, s/he will just advise you, nothing wrong on your side, we have to come back when we get the parts. And, you would feel, OK thanks god, I bought protection plan! Now, when the handyman have left your place, you will get a text from Asurion saying “***** Protection Plan: Thanks for choosing Asurion. Your repair is complete. Reply STOP to opt out”. But, it’s not true! The handyman said s/he would come back with parts. After waiting for a few days, you just wanted to check the status, and you have an appliance not working in your home, so call them! BOOM, now they will drop the “Real Catch Phrase”, BLA BLA. You are at fault, your product doesn’t qualify for the repair because “they have found some pest’s frass or something like that, somewhere you can’t even see or know! Forget about that you're living in a big city, pests are a common issue! This company is living on the work of pests. Pest is making money for them.
Even though, I could not find those so-called pest frass, but they have rested their case and won without giving you go against their decision.
So please “DON’T BUY THIS ASURION PROTECTION PLAN FOR YOU LARGE AND EXPENSIVE APPLIANCES IF YOU ARE LIVING IN A BIG CITY”, Because they have their FIXED excuse for NOT GIVING you the services they have promised!N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

I bought a warranty on my ******* refrigerator 2 months before warranty expired I was having issues . 2 different companies to look at it and was told there is no fix for the problem. ******* warranty with Asurion. Said *********** could send me a link to transfer the money from my warranty to either my bank account, *****, or ******. That was a lie, they sent me a link to a ******* gift card and Asurion Support for ******* warranty said that was the link to transfer funds to my bank account when it clearly read and I told them it said it was a ******* gift card. They insisted that because the email came from hyper wallet that was the correct link. After you click into it and agree and asurion realizes it’s not what they told me it was Asurion can’t do anything about it anymore and when they reach out to hyper wallet who you the customer can not speak to which I found out because a poorly educated asurion rep transferred me over to hyperwallet and then they told me they only speak to the asurion reps and hung up on me. So they won’t speak to you and they also can’t do anything now about the staples gift card since I was instructed to click it. Asurion also can’t do anything about their employee misinforming you their policy is to tell you they apologize. Lol if you ever here anything about ***** ****** for an option DECLINE, DECLINE, DECLINE, I was originally offered a check from Asurion but it would take two days to be sent out since they needed to cancel the ******* gift card they sent me when I told a rep when I processed the claim I wanted a check sent out so I needed to wait for their mistake for them to right it and that’s when they offered me this same day bs solution of ***********. By all means take the check or anything but *********** it’s been a week now and apparently I now need to wait another 2 business days to speak to a manager because the supervisors can’t do anything about my situation after all this timeN.E.W.
