      Bought an air fryer. The first one made a grinding sound with the fan. ******* wouldn't accept their warranty. ****** replaced it. The second one is having similar issues, ******* again, says this is normal (which it isn't because it doesn't make the grinding sound when working properly). Stay away from *******, they lie about their product, then again lie about their warranty. Should be illegal.

      It's been five (5) weeks since my washer has broke and all ausrion has given me is excuses and lies. First the job was too big, then the parts arrived at the warehouse damaged, they used that lie again (had them send the parts directly to my house), driver got misdirected, and today they tried the damage goods lie again. I will definitely buy goods in the future that use a different warranty company.

      The asurion technicians finally showed up after five weeks. The first thing he noticed is that the the two parts ordered were the same part, not what they needed. The second item is when this more experienced tech actually took the front of the machine off, he noticed that the parts ordered weren't even the parts needed. The washer is a total write off. Now we'll see how long it takes to honor asurion's replacement policy.

      Do not count on asurion for any of your warranty needs. While some of the technicians are very experienced and good at what they do; asurion ***** as a company.

      Horrible service. Dishwasher was bought in 2019 and has 6 claims. The person they sent out the same person each time. He would spend less than 15 minutes looking at the dishwasher for it's leaking issue. We asked for another company and there wasn't any. This went on for over 5 months. We ended up paying a company to come out and paid more than what we paid for the dishwasher. This company refused to reimburse use since it wasn't their service provider. The dishwasher should have been replaced by this company or paid us back.

      This is simply the worst run appliance protection plan I have ever encountered. It takes ages and multiple calls to obtain a claim approval and then your real troubles begin. I have spent time on 7 phone calls with them AFTER claim approval and have yet to see a repair engineer in my home. First them claim a company will arrive only to wait until the date and no one shows. Phone calls later is turns out the company didn't accept the repair and Asurion does not contact you. Then my claim is "escalated" and I am assured another company will show up on a second date. Needless to say the 2nd company says that Home Depot does not know their schedule and no appointment is confirmed. Each and every phone call may take 30 minutes of your time. I have decided that this is not a worthwhile product and you are much better off buying your own parts or hiring a 3rd party to conduct the repair. Maddening!

      Asurion Appliance Warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. I purchased the extended warranty in a ****** Wash Machine June 2020. It has had problems from the beginning. The latest is the machine does not put enough. water in the tub to wash and agitates the clothes without water. Call Asurion they send an appliance tech out. Does not find anything wrong. Tried washing clothes moment's after he left..same thing no water in tub. Have to call Asurion again and start a new claim. The same tech comes out replaces the control board. Did not resolve the problem. Call Asurion again. They referred me to an appliance 35 miles away..They call me and the tech was rude, talked over me and tells me to do this and that..I complied with his instruction however that met with negative results also. They NEVER came to the house and closed then complaint saying "no error found". Don't know how they came to that conclusion without coming to check it personally. A scathing reviewed is posted in that company also. So after many attempts to get a final result. Asurion has tried to send several appliance companies out in my local area and have not been able to get anyone because Asurion is a worthless company. Now here it is July 22, 2022 and there is an appliance company supposedly scheduled for next Wednesday and they are 50 miles away in another county. FOLKS; I am warning you this company is not worth it. The extended warranty is from ********** and I will never purchase another extended warranty from them or anyone else.

      The absolute worst experience with an appliance repair company ever. I lost so much time waiting on unqualified technicians that knew nothing about ******* products but kept getting sent out to my house. Constant cancelling and rescheduling of appointments without even asking me if the new day/time worked for me. You get passed around from department to department when you do call in and each one reads the same answers and I'm sorrys with no really control over the situation. I will never work with this company again and will make sure I warn any consumer to stay far far away.

      I purchased the Home + plan It is one word Delay, Delay for 2 months Still NO television. People call Never leave a good number. At this point I have 15 phone numbers . The review Department always ask for just one more photo. at this point I have taken 26. the last request is they want a photo of the TV turned on front view al 4 corners toke that one as well. They already have 4 of them. Last week it was a photo of the back showing the label and it had to be the full back showing the 4 corners of the back. I did it even a close up of the label Since this has been a Horrible experience and its still continuing. Think it over a few times .berfor you purchase. We have also removed it from our cell phones
