    Unable to get this app to allow me to discontinue auto debit. Have canceled all payment methods from my account, yet app continues to auto debit twice a month. I have attempted to contact them and speak to a real person to no avail....the system sends you in endless circles with no resolution that works. Have asked my bank to intervene at this point.My bank account continues to be debited twice a month for ******. In going to the app it shows the debits stopped in Jan 2024, after last donation of ******. No further record.....the money is going to correct place but app does not reflect this. I want this to stop.....want the auto debit to stop.....have no need for further action if they respond and stop the auto debit as I desire.

    Tithe.ly is a 3rd party company that takes donation by members of a non-profit organization for a fee. My complaint is that tithe.ly, without informing me, started charging the billing to my personal debit card (a card that I used in the past for my donations). Now I settled this issue with them over a year ago and gave them the church's credit card number. I thought this was already a settled matter. For some time, everything went ok. But then after several months, for some reason they started billing my debit card again. There was really no reason why they should charge my debit card. First of all, the church's credit card was still good. Second, they did not ask for my permission. Third, I don't even know how my debit card ended up as a billing credit card. I use my debit card only for my contributions. I thought this was fraudulent and simply illegal. But I gave another chance and called the company last month. I told them I deleted my debit card from the account and left the church's credit card so there's only one card there that would be charged. Nothing happened. This month, I got charged again.

    Our team was able to work with the customer and assist him in how he could edit the card on file for the church's subscription. We have also given additional guidance in ensuring the church and donor are not using shared accounts to ensure this does not happen again in the future. The customer was fully satisfied and things are working correctly for them now.

    A recurring charge made to a bank account. Can't get ahold of anyone to cancel the charges.

    Our teams have investigated this complaint and can not find any record of this person ever using our services. We have attempted to reach out via the provided email and phone number numerous times with no success. We have also researched the provided address (which is a company and not a personal address) and are still unable to locate any records of any giving by a person with this name, email, or address. This does not appear to be a valid customer of our services.
