    **** this is preexisting damage and older damage. When you walked over the car with **** you admitted this was an old damage.

    My daughter car was damaged by your company when her car was towed. The damage was reported to the person at the desk when the car was picked up. Also, a report was made with the ***************** at that time, and she was on the phone when an Officer asked him before she signed the receipt. She read the notation at the bottom to the officer who told her that with the wording used, seeing how the car was damaged while in your care that she was fine to sign to pick up the car as she had already made your employee aware of the situation.Towing companies are usually required to have liability insurance to cover such situations. I am Assuming that you have the necessary insurance to cover such incidents My daughter has called over 6 times and has yet to have an owner or manager call her. Yesterday she was informed that she wanted to long to let your company know about the damage. She let you know the day it happened and made 6 calls for assistance.We are asking you today to file a claim with your insurance company to cover the repair costs. You are responsible for the damage caused while your car was in your possession.If we cannot resolve this situation, we will have no choice but to take further action due to the fact that the damage was caused by the negligence of the tow truck driver. We have photos showing how close he had the cars together that day. Any and all of this could have been avoided if your driver had looked in the window as the decal for the apartment is clearly visible on the dash of the car. Please reply to this email or please call my daughter ASAP to talk more about this matter.

    After reviewing the pictures talking with the Management at the apartment they did not have the car registered nor was there a parking pass. (see pic of windshield) Over a month had went by before anything was reported as damaged and one of the pics attached showed scratches on the drivers front side. This is the same side as the one on the rear door and not caused by us.   Gbb

    I am rejecting this response because: She told them at the desk that night before she paid and told 3 people that night including the person that was paid and she was told a manager would call her back . They did not.  Nothing on the receipt said we only had 30 days. Also She was out of the country for 11 days and then Christmas she was out of the state . She did call back when she was back in Nashville on *** 30th and was told that a manager would call her back again no call. She called 2 more times after that. The blurry  photo you sent to me show me nothing  However the photo you took before you picked up shows my daughters parking decal that your driver obesely never looked at and also that there was no damage to the car before it was picked up. I have included that. I have more photos if you need them. Please let me know what more INFO you need.
