  Service was Horrible. The manager/owner has still not returned my call. I did not know my car had been towed from my son’s apartment complex until 10 days later. I received no notice so the company was making money off of poor people. I paid over a thousand dollars to get the vehicle. It too them 5 hours to deliver it to my home. The driver was excellent only doing his job. The person who took my money was Horrible. No customer service skills. Girl u keep making that money for them. Hope u all can sleep well at night knowing u are using misleading tactics. At least u should have given me a refund on it taking 5 hours to give me my vehicle back. By not charging to tow it to my home.

  This company discriminates against TSU students in Nashville. My daughter's car was towed 03-15-24 evening and this insensitive company refused to allow my daughter to use her emergency credit card my husband and I gave her when she left for college from Chicago. A male employee had the nerve to tell me over the phone that because Previous TSU students had chargebacks students who have cars towed will have to pay cash and a female employee told my daughter once she arrived to retrieve her car that the credit card machine was down although the website clearly states several credit card forms of payment along with cash is excepted. How is an entire student body penalized because this company had a few disputed chargebacks which comes along with the cost of doing business. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm going to urge TSU to drop this company because this company has violated the rights of every student at TSU despite what their website says.

  The wrecker service picked up my wife's car after a accident the dealership was closed. So the wrecker service took it back to there lot and was to take it the next day the dealer called me and said car was not there I called wrecker service and arranged for them to be payed by dealer. 4 days later I called dealer to check on progress deal told me car was NEVER delivered so now I have tow bill +storage fee
  STAY AWAY FROM WEST NASHVILLE WRECKER SERVICE as with most wrecker services they are scam artists

  My car was taken there by *** Towing and they have scratch my bumper after going back and forth with the employee the man lied and said he is not taking up for the people that towed my car but there was no damage i clearly show them my pictures of scrapes as well there was no way my car was towed out a garage without being pulled they scratch my bumper getting my car out of there and now has caused damage.
