PMC is the Valet provider for ******************************* on **********************************************************. I dropped off my car at around 7PM Saturday August 19th and the Valet returned it between **** and 11PM and took off. When I got in my car the windshield had a large crack. I called PMC the next day and contacted them on line. I got a call back on Tuesday August 22nd by someone who took my information and had another person call me. I gave him pictures of my windshield, my PMC parking number, License plate number, make model and color of my car and the *** number. After that I never heard back. I called back numerous times and left messages. I would just like my windshield repaired. Thank youBusiness Response

Was staying at the Hilton in **********. Valet was speeding and smashed the bottom of my car. We all saw it even the valet driver admitted and on camera we all looked under the car and the splash guard ripped off. After taking it to ***** it showed the bumper obviously had damaged also. They said they needed to check the video to see what happened. Finally get an email they denied my claim. I replied if they checked the video like they said they would and then I was told there was no video. Their driver apologized to me personally for doing this to the car. The ****** said they were sorry but they use this company to do their valet. Ultimately after I told them there are kids and families waiting for their cars there and driving like this can get somebody hurt or worse and that you have now officially been warned this is a hazard I get a reply they finally approved my damage. Well its now 4 months later and I am still waiting for my payment. I sent them everything they wanted and they approved my damage to the splash guard and bumper but no check as they promised. They said they had the wrong address. That was over a month ago. Its funny though they could list check the receipts from the damage to see my address. What a disgrace of a company! One person doing all that work driving like a maniac because of the lines of people waiting to get their car. Somebody will get hurt. How cheap can a company be? Get two drivers? Help the poor guy. They need to fly around the parking lot where yes there are kids around because the entrance to the hotel is right there. Next Ill call Hilton corporate and make an official complain. A company like this should not be in business. Its a danger to customers not just cars. Shameful! The day a person gets injured its now also marked here that you knew about it.Business Response

On October 20th, I paid $35 to park in a parking lot located on ************** in *****, ********. My credit card was charged twice, two separate charges for $35. I have called and left messages about receiving a credit back for the second charge of $35. No one has contacted me, nor has the charge be reversed on my credit card.Business Response

In July I parked in what was an unlabeled PPM lot in ******, ** to run into a bar to grab my wallet I left just a few minutes prior. I came back to see I had been ticketed for $95!! This is exploitative and people need to know. I was hounded for months, and only just now did I see they eventually voided my ticket after I threatened to post this complaint. Vehicle was parked by valet. Notified of damages next morning. Advised only my vehicle damaged (later determined to be untrue), advised by valet staff door was not closed to garage. Valet staff unable to let us know when they checked cars. Claims department states not their responsibilty. This company is one which breeds a culture of cowardice and bad faith. I have been attempting to contact PMC via email and phone for over a week in order to resolve an issue which came after my vehicle was damaged by one of PMCs valets. PMC has completely ceased all communication brought to their attention the specific issue and will not respond. This, in my opinion, is a terrible, cowardly business practice and if they would simply reply, the issue could be resolved.Business Response

On 07/01/2023 my husband and I went to the ******** ********** for the lunch. We parked ate returned in a few hours to find a parking violation ticket on my car. The way we entered and left there was no signs saying to pay or an attendant to be seen. How were we to know to pay if there was no indication to do so?Business Response

Completely open parking lot with maybe 6 cars in it, I try to pay for parking for a quick errand, (typically an hour this lot is $6-$10) and the code isnt working. Less than an hour later the parking lot is still empty and I have a citation for $40. Did they disable the link so I would pay 4x a fee?! Citation#******Business Response
