    I stayed at the ***************************************** for approximately 8 weeks. During the last two weeks, this PMC started to post signs and charge for parking. As I was there for work, I confirmed with the front desk that I wouldn't have to pay due to my truck already being at the hotel from before parking was to be paid. After checking out, I had received texts saying I owed money. I then received threatening letters saying they were going to impound my vehicle. I disputed it and received a dispute response "**********" that the billing was "waived". I have still continued to receive these threatening letters. I have tried to contact this company through both the website and though the phone. I have yet to get a response or get ahold of anyone over the phone.

    I attended a charity event April 27, 2023 and stayed overnight at a hotel. I later received a text message that I needed to pay for parking in that hotel parking lot. I was unaware of this policy and immediately paid the amount in full. June 7, 2023 I received a very threatening letter in the mail that my car would be booted and immobile if I didnt pay the fine. The letter included a link to dispute the charge, so I proceeded to do so. I received a response from an employee by the name of *************************** asking me for proof and thanked me for the information. Today, July 5, 2023, *** received another threatening letter stating they will boot my car. This type of harassment is completely unnecessary and unprofessional. They have proof Ive paid the fine to park one night in this location but continue to harass me.

    On 4/8/2023 we parked in a parking lot owned by PMC-*************. We paid them and we have a receipt shown on the Credit Card. On July 1, 2023 we received a letter stating we were issued a parking violation notice. We did not receive a parking violation notice. The letter also implied that our car may be impounded or immobilized and also implied they may turn the $40 debt to collections. The letter is harassment and bullying over a debt that was paid.

    I checked into the Hampton inn suites on may 27th dropped my car off with the *** valet. Came out next morning and had curb rash on my left Radeons rim. Reported it to the valet on duty he called a supervisor who was working about 2 blocks away. That supervisor was name FJ. He took pictures and assured me that this would be taken care of. I checked out on may 29th I showed the valet on duty and told him DJ said someone would call me. I had DJ cell so I called him as I was leaving the hotel he told me he would call his boss and have him call me right away. That didnt happen I drove 2 hrs to get home still never heard from anyone. On *** 30th I filed a claim online it said I would get a response in 6-8 days to this day I still have not heard from anyone.

    Very nice dinner at ******'s on the River 04/21/2023 parked in an area with no indications this was a pay only restricted parking area, Did not observe any signage or a person or machine to pay for parking. Staff in ******'s did not ask about parking. We drove right off Riverside Drive to ******'s parking, at no time did we enter the Spring **** Suites parking area as indicated by signage.PMC statement: notice #***********, vehice ****** license # ******. date **/**/2023, received today 05/30/2023. This is just not right! I am 84 years old and we pay our honest debts. Feel very strongly this is very dishonest. The threat is if do not pay will impound your vehicle or turn you over to a lawyer or a collection agency.*************************, DO, MPH

    Hello,There was damage to my vehicle while in the possession of the valet service at *************** in ***************, **.     My daughter parked at night at a PMC parking facility, and we received a bill from the company as we had not arranged parking previously. We submitted the requested amount on Dec 16, 2022. On January 10, 2023, we received a more harshly worded request for payment, threatening immobilization or impounding of our vehicle if not paid. We submitted payment again, with a note attached stating "This is the second check we have sent. The previous one was check #**** and made out on December 16, 2022. We assume it was lost in the mail. If you receive this previous check, please make it void." Both checks were cashed. We contacted the company to request a refund of one of the 2 checks, and spoke with ******************* at the company, who indicated understanding and a plan to refund both checks. We heard nothing else from him, and when we contacted him again, we found that he had left the company. He gave us the name of another individual, a *************************, whom I attempted to contact via email on 2 occasions, and he did not respond to either of those. The Account number/Tag number in question is ******.

    We received a check today for the full amount paid to PMC for the above mentioned episode.  We consider this a very satisfactory resolution to our complaint, and have no further dispute with PMC.  We do appreciate the efforts of the BBB in facilitating this resolution, and PMC for their willingness to resolve this issue in this manner.

    I received a letter in the mail from PMC stating FINAL NOTICE TO AVOID IMPOUND. This was the first and only notice. Apparently I have citations, for which I never had a ticket physically put on my car. I reached out to the city parking enforcement in ********** who confirmed I do not have any parking citations for my vehicle. PMC is threatening to impound my car and asking me to pay without ever leaving a ticket on my car. The notice number in the letter from PMC is **********. My license plate number is ******.

    I parked in a PMC parking lot. I tried to pay via their website, but it was down. I returned to find Parking Violation *********** for $40. As I made every attempt to pay, I don't feel it is fair to then be fined. I see many others had the same experience.

    I tried to park at an event using one of PMC's parking lot back in February. My car ended up being towed due to my payment not going through. I paid the towing fee at the lot and got my car back. I got a notice from PMC in the mail a few days later saying that I owed them $40 for the parking violation, which I paid using a check to the ** box provided on the notice. Several days ago I get another notice from **C for the SAME parking violation stating that I never paid the previous fine and that the fine has now increased to $60. It also says that if I do not pay within the next 10 days that they will impound my car without notice if my car is ever found on their property again without warning. I have tried contacting PMC in both their ****** and ********* locations for any information, but I cannot seem to get a response from anyone. I have tried calling, which the robot tells me that all inquiries have to be settled online, and online it tells me to submit a form that I have filled out but have not received any correspondence from. I don't want to keep submitting payment to a company for a fine that I have already paid.
