  Please note this is actual facts of my dealings with KHP and not bashing their business.
  I had this company out to do my backflow testing. They came on a timely manor and their plumber was polite. We had a few issues with the test due to a leaking BF. We decided to order a new valve. On 3rd Aug they came to retest it and passed easily bc it was new.
  As with all companies we asked if he needed a check and the young guy replied ‘they will invoice you’ so thought nothing of it until we received the invoice stating on the bottom in large ink letters ‘we will withheld your test cert until you pay us’ to my disappointment I was annoyed bc I was on a deadline to send it off to Savvana Valley UD.
  I expressed my disappointment with them in a email about them doing this and now would be charged $75 fine. The next day Keith himself called me up. From the start of the conversation he put me on the back foot with his assertive tone towards me. My natural instinct of was to challenge his manor as I felt quite threatened and concerned after he told me to go to his office to sort it out, not sure what that meant? I the. told him he would not receive payment due to not turning in the certificate, which he then said he had sent it to SV…
  2 months had passed and I received a fine from SV. Keith H***** had called ***** ******* up whom is the manager at Savana Valley UD and she personally withheld the cert. A back flow cert is a government document and should not be manufactured to cause delay and fine me.
  When she was challenged she stated in her email that KHP sent in a cert but it had failed and then 3 weeks later had to re issue a new cert (all emails are available) ***** ******* clearly used her authority to cost a family money and personally take it on herself to withhold a government document.
  Keith eventually spoke to me and told me she had lied and he had withdrawn it ( emails available) he wanted me to stay quiet by offering me $75.00. I was I suited by this bribe.

  We went to Mark A's house to test a device that he tried to repair but was still leaking. We gave him upfront pricing to repair the device and re-test it to send to the water company. He did not like our price because he "said he could get it cheaper." Once we left, he purchased parts and replaced them in the device. He called for the test, which we did. After testing he refused to pay the test fee and then started complaining. He complained on Google, and the complaints were both unfounded and untrue. I did offer to give him his money back just to try and make him happy, but that was not acceptable. I will reply here just as I did on Google. If you are a person who performs service for this man, please make sure to collect your money upfront. If not, he will find a reason to not pay. I strongly encourage you to go to Google and read the bad reviews he leaves for almost every business he has been into. Apparently, he likes to do this to try and get free stuff.
