    02/15/25 around 8 pm I was visiting Nashville, Tennessee looking for atv riding and Gon riding atv popped up so I clicked it and me being in a hurry I ended up purchasing rides for 2 the NEXT MORNING before I realized that the place was 3 1/2 hours from where our hotel was . ONCE I REALIZED within 10 minutes I called the booking office and spoke with the lady and explained the situation . I was explaining that we were 3 hours away so if I seen the address at first I would have never had the intention of clicking their site . And since I Litterally spoke within 10 minutes of the charge realizing it was a mistake I asked if they can refund. She explained about the 48 hours policy . Which I understood IF I was actually going to come but I told her that was too far 3 hours and we were on vacation. I would think the right thing to do would be refund if I explained right after I made the mistake . I was hoping to have ran into an honest business . She did say she had to speak with owner and I followed up like 5 times and I guess she never spoke with him and was getting upset because of me keep calling . My problem was it was a honest mistake from a tourist the price for 2 was about $178. Where I'm from that's not cheap . I'm praying that we can resolve this as I haven't talked to anyone since she said she was going to call back and I don't want to wait any longer where this dispute won't matter. Which is why I'm coming to BBB everything has been documented from calls and booking time.

    We have issued a refund in the full amount. As per our policy, we do not issue refunds without 48 hours notice. Typically, once you purchase the ticket, you own that ticket. As would be the case with, for example, an amusement park or concert. However, we have made an exception for you.

    This customer purchased a ticket before reading the location of where this activity was, which happened to be hours away. Our policy clearly states that we do not offer refunds without a 48 hour notice. Once a ticket is purchased, that purchaser owns that ticket/s, as would be the case with, for example, an amusement park or concert. We are not responsible for the fact that this person did not check the area/address/city of where our park is. However, we have refunded this person.

    Thank you again. I really appreciate the honest business this company has given me. They are absolutely right it was my responsibility to check the location or know how far it was before making the purchase, so thank you for understanding my mistake again and making it right!
