I signed a contract for a build in March of ***************************************************************** 6 month no big deal i waited with no complants. They called me early Febuary 2023 to inform me they couldnt get roll up doors but they wanted to come drop everything off so they could build the building, i told them im not building a building with out door. Few days later they called they found doors so they was given the okay to bring everything and start the building. The building was done on March 3rd 2023 with out doors and im still waiting on doors. I have contacted them a few time asking about my door which i keep getting differnt answers. I expressed i wasnt happen with this and how unprofessionally they was handleing this and they responded with wish we could do more. I informed them that we could start deduting money off of what i owe them to finsh. That prompt a call from the onwer of the company to try and smooth things over. Which did not work he only made things worst telling me i was a standoffish guy cause i didnt understand then yelling at me telling me i have two options wait patiently or he can give me my money back and come get the building. He even went on to tell me that im lucky he didnt charge me more cause prices have gone up since we signed the contract and that i havent paid anymore since the building was put up when in the contact it states the last payment is to be paid when building is done. One hour after that call he emailed me telling me they will install my doors on April 7, 2023. I have still yet to see any doors. This is the third building my family has built with this company and will be the last after this experince. I just want my doors installed.

What the customer stated is correct he forgot to leave off that he has been more than rude to our staff as well as demanding to our staff when we have tried to do all that we can to get his project completed.  We have had delays in the last year due to labor issues but have honored all quotes with it costing us money due to the delays.  When calling him he started yelling at me which in return I yelled at him. I offered to come take the building down and give him his money back as his frustrations were understood.  When the garage door issue started we went out of our way to get the customer garage doors.  We could not help that our garage door supplier Clopay dropped their national accounts which meant they stopped providing doors to us and many other contractors.  We ordered doors from a local supplier in Hattiesburgh and prepaid them an additional $2,200 more than what our original costs were for the doors.  The doors were ordered and received by the garage door vendor before we completed the building.  We let them know we would be ready for install a few days before completion which has then since slowed getting them installed.  We unfortunately cannot determine their schedule for install but the customer demanded that they be installed immediately and that he was short paying us for the delays.  We have tried to do all we can do to get them installed we have contacted them daily by phone and email trying to get the doors installed.  We sent emails to the customer letting him know when we were told they would be installed.  If you would like to verify this you can contact E-Z *********** Services, LLC **************** *************  (they unfortunately do not seem to be as reliable as we were told).
