      To Whom it may concern,In February of 2024 I was in search of a remote office space for my new business. One of the websites I went to was for Regus Management Group. After doing some investigation on their website I decided to continue my search. I was unaware that by initiating the search on the Regus website I had some how signed a contract. To rent space from them. When this became know to me I immediately called Regus and said I did not intend to sign any contract and that I wanted it canceled immediately. The person I spoke to refused to cancel the contract and basically said you are stuck for 1 year. I repeated my demand to cancel the contract. The Regus website is set up to trap people into signing a contract and does not include an escape clause or any option to negotiate a fair contract.Yesterday, February 3 rd 2025, I received an e-mail demanding payment of more than $3500 and threatening legal ********* there anything BBB can do to assist in this situation? Have there been other complaints against Regus?Thank you.

      Scammers, Hidden fees all over. This people are the worst. I used their services and since day 1 they starting charging for thing i never contracted, i had to follow up for them to return my money monthly, since this was a recurrent situation. Their online service is terrible, they make it very hard for you to find real answers on their website. Links dont work properly and you have to call or send emails and wait for them to reply. This is the worst experience I've ever had. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE.

      They are scammers and liars! They are trying to stick me with a bill, and I canceled their services two days later after a representative called me on her personal line to tell me they would try to send me to collections because she didnt explain that there was a contract. I know in my state there are laws that support a cancellation of a contract. I have all documents, and a paper trail. They wouldnt even allow me to listen to the call. They lied and told me they were investigating just to sent a made up bill to collections, and I NEVER USED THEIR SERVICES EVER! Im seeing an attorney now.

      This company is unprofessional, and I highly recommend you do not do business with them. They conduct business practices by email and no phone availability or assistance then change the terms by email extending the contract... who does that?? after signing and will continue to bill your credit card for months. WORST decision and only bad decision I have ever made in my business was stepping into this building. Walk out if you ever make the mistake of walking into it. They need to be shut down and practices investigated in this situation. I do not know how the postal service allows such practices to occur under their watch when address verification is supposed to be occurring, yet the client is gone and cancelled over a year prior. Yet, the credit card billing continues because they changed the contract and decided to extend it even though you never signed it... but they emailed it ... so now it is valid!! Unreal. This is a **** organization. The postal inspector and the ******************* that is tracking who is having mail and sent and fraudulently moving money needs to place their eyes here!!!

      Regus is the worst most unprofessional organization I have dealt with in the 50 years I have been operating my business. They informed us they were leaving the space at ******************, I was a virtual tenant in, just four months after we entered into the contract for such and printed stationery, informed clients etc. Slickly, the notice of termination scheduled for December 19, 2023 came on December 3, 2023 causing us to incur a liability for January 2025 under the terms of our contract even though they would not be there. Alternative locations were offered, none of which were acceptable and even if they were there in no way i would do business with these unscrupulous outright dishonest scoundrels. In retrospect, I did not do appropriate due diligence researching the integrity of Regus, they are woefully lacking.

      I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the inconsistencies and unprofessional business practices from Regus mail forwarding services, contract cancellation process and automatic billing practices. Mail ******************* The irregularities in the mail forwarding services are unacceptable. On multiple occasions, I have either not received important mail or received it with substantial delays. Such failures undermine the purpose of the service and reflect poorly on Regus. I was asked by the Community Manager (CM) if I canceled the mail forwarding service. No I never canceled it, it was clearly mismanaged by Regus. Contract Cancelation Regus contract cancelation process is unnecessarily complex and lacks transparency. Despite my efforts to cancel my contract on 9/11/24 which was scheduled to automatically renew on 9/30/24, I encountered significate obstacles and pushback from the CM. I was told by the CM I couldnt cancel and had to continue to pay until 2025 even though I requested to cancel before the 9/30/24 scheduled renewal. My question is why would a contract automatically renew 2-3 months in advance of the renewal date? Automatic Billing The most recent inconsistency is the automatically billing service. In December 2024 I was charged a late fee of $27.90. My Regus account is set up for automatic payments. Regus reviewed my concern and determined it was an accounting mistake. I was told I would receive a $27.90 credit but still have not received it nor has it been applied to my account. Despite contacting the Community Manager and support team, the matter remains unresolved, further eroding my trust in Regus. Resolution-I demand immediate action to resolve these issues:1.I demand the cancelation of my contract effective immediately. It is clear Regus does not operate an ethical business and is difficult to do business with. 2.A full refund of the $27.90 I was erroneously charged.

      They were not up front about their termination policy so I ended up spending almost $500 more than I intended because their customer service was not willing to work with me. I also was charged a late fee for my final payment once I finally cancelled my account because they said my card had been removed. I am sure this is because the account was ending, but they did not tell me I would have to make my final payment manually when previously it was always autopay. Their customer service is infuriating to work with because there is no way to contact them besides email and there is no way to elevate issues. They have no concept of nuance of a situation and only see the policy in black in white, so there is no reasoning with them. Even when I tried to dispute the charges with my credit card company, Regus fought them. I do not recommend their services or if you use, be sure to read the contract and fine print very carefully and ask alot of questions.

      This company is definitely a fraud/scam. I wish I knew sooner about their services. I did a one month member ship with them. There was no contract for 12 month period. It was just renewed every month so I decided to keep it for one month and cancelled August 31, 2024. Tell me why I still have recurring charges up until December 2024. They charged me two times in one month. I have already submitted a ticket, called customer service and messaged the account manager to cancel my account and for some reason I am still getting charged. When I was first inquiring about the service they were kind professional and responsive. When I was looking to cancel all of a sudden they were taking 3 business days just to respond to a simple email. I don't know how a business can sustain themselves this long with such terrible customer service, unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. Very disappointing experience. I am glad that the BBB is around because I can see why this company has this rating. This is my go to source when dealing with companies and businesses.

      This company is a fraud and scammer. I was charged over $1000 for an office space quoted at $389 per month. They have so many hidden fees thats not disclosed. Also, the retainer deposit doesnt get refunded back to you. The contract states 30 days for a refund of the retainer but I am well over 60 days. Most of all, they dont respond to your emails.
