This company is a fraud and scammer. I was charged over $1000 for an office space quoted at $389 per month. They have so many hidden fees thats not disclosed. Also, the retainer deposit doesnt get refunded back to you. The contract states 30 days for a refund of the retainer but I am well over 60 days. Most of all, they dont respond to your emails.

Do not sign any contract with them. They are intentionally vauge and misleading. There are hidden fees as people have mentioned. You have NO ABILITY TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT nor negotiate a reasonable amount to pay them out and release your space. Additionally, if you have a long enough term, say 1 year, you MUST cancel the renewal 3 or more months before your service ends or you will be locked in for another FULL TERM with, again, no ability to appeal, cancel, or negotiate early exit of your term.I am lucky to have cancelled renewal before this but am not so lucky to be on the hook for an office space I no longer plan to use. The language in their contract does not specifically state "you may not cancel your agreement and forfeit your retainer" even though this seems to be the case. All language around cancellation is in the context of them choosing to cancel YOUR service. In this case, YOU STILL MUST PAY THEM OUT FOR YOUR FULL TERM.These are shady and predatory business practices which put the customer (me/you) in the position to pay them through the current or renewed term or go to incur fees and go to debt collection and try your luck negotiating with one of those agencies.

Of course I wasn't at all surprised to see that they have been faking their ****** reviews while the truth ends up on less important sites. We have been forced to do draconian ID verifications and subjected to pretty much non-stop harassment from Regus since we signed up. To say we strongly recommend against building your business in this locations is a serious understatement. ***** **** and **** ***** have clearly targeted us, and we received no support from corporate. They force the company owner to handle all of the most mundane business, then they force it year after year while other accounts, even with ********************** have never created similar impediments. ******* offers similar services for less money. I cannot stress enough how much better that company is.

At all cost stay away from Regus. Every single month since I started renting an office, my invoice has been incorrect, and always in their favor. They pad invoices with added fees, for instance they charged me for an internet device, yet everything that is mine and they will not explain. So many examples: I paid a $1,209 invoice, they sent me confirmation receipt, it also appeared on my Amex, and Regus still charged me that amount, had no record of my payment, and I had to upload my Amex statement. Every month I waste time on disputing my invoice. They are incompetent, rude and unscrupulous. I am taking them to small claims. They should not get even one star.

I am writing to formally complain against Regus Management Group regarding undisclosed fees and difficulties in canceling my contract. On October 23, 2024], I entered into a 24-month service agreement with Regus at a rate of $59 per month excl. VAT, as advertised on their website. However, after signing the contract, I was informed that $9 would be added to this monthly fee. The $9 monthly charge was only communicated after I signed the contract. Had this been disclosed upfront, I would have considered other options. I believe this constitutes a misrepresentation, as the full cost of the service was not transparent.Upon learning of the additional charge, I immediately sought to cancel the contract, as this fee made the terms unacceptable. However, to my dismay, Regus has adamantly refused to allow me to exit the agreement, insisting that I am bound for the full 24 months despite the undisclosed fee. This lack of flexibility and understanding is deeply disappointing.I am reaching out to the BBB in the sincere hope of resolving this issue in a fair and just manner. Due to this lack of transparency, I am seeking a full release from the contract. I firmly believe that companies should be held accountable for clearly disclosing all fees before finalizing agreements, and I trust that this complaint will prompt Regus to address my concern.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Just stay away. This is the worst place as they have absolutely no communication efforts with their customers. Every attempt to contact them, routes you to the web portal where there is no accountability and no response. Please do not sign a contract as you will have no recourse if you're unsatisfied with their service beyond the expiration of the contract.

On February 28, 2024, I paid my first months rent and a deposit with my debit card for an office space at ********************** at ************************************************. The lease was on a month to month basis. Ive had a couple of other billing issues with this company that have been handled for the most part. After they switched my office without prior notice, I was charged for both offices on March 7th, showing at the least Regus incompetence and at most their greed. I had to fight to get my refund- only with the approval of the old manager. As I have cancelled my short-term lease, they have charged me a restoration fee on July 19th for an office that has no damage (and they switched me to this one at the last minute by the way). And they also charged a late fee on July 14th while I was addressing this issue. According to them, the restoration fee is for normal cleaning and any repairs for maintenance beyond normal wear and tear". The office is in the same condition the day I first set foot in it. Plus, theres a cleaning crew that comes into the offices weeknights for cleaning and trash removal. Also, I have not received the deposit that I requested per their terms (retainer will be returned within 30 days of request) on July 31, 2024. I have sent a complaint to the attorney general. I do not recommend working with this company. I wish I had read these reviews; it could have saved me from this toxic business.

Very unethical company that will try to take your money through automated invoices. The only way to contact them is through email or regular mail. There is no customer service to call. They are currently in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This terrible company preys on small businesses. I was charged over $6k for 3 months month to month rental in a small office and $2k deposit. They dont care about their customers. I literally have to email and call so many times for any resolution. Of which I still have none. Run far far away from this terrible company.
