They are SO shady and scammy. They constantly send me random invoices for services I don't use and require additional retainers because I refuse to have a credit card on file. They increased their rates and never informed my business, claiming they sent an email which we never recieved. There is no person to talk to and they direct you to their stupid portal for customer service who take WEEKS to respond and you have to keep following up.

They keep charging a false fee that I never requested. They did not correct the invoice, and there is no other way to pay the rent on time that I should have paid. I called and emailed them every day, but I haven't received a response. *****************, *******

BEYOND frustrating experience with both ******* ******** and **** *****, as theyve consistently ignored issues generated on their end, resulting in us being overcharged several times. This led to nearly 2 thousand dollars in extra fees for a one-month co-working contract that was never properly canceled. Despite acknowledging the mistakes, there's still no sound resolution (since July 10th) and the only communication Ive gotten is that my issue has been 'escalated.'I'm not sure what everyone else's tolerance is for the 'it's been escalated' excuse, but after over two months of hearing it, it's become quite comical. We originally signed a one-month contract for $358 x2 people, but since then, we've been billed several times with no understanding why (even the Sales Manager can't figure out why) with no resolution.

Shady business practices which are hard to argue since they are a "global" company. Not small business friendly.

Regus is terrible for small businesses, co-working and owner/operators. I joined as a coworker, expecting the same level of flexibility that I've experienced in every other co-working space I've worked at. When I was forced to move unexpectedly and, as a result, couldn't work for two months I asked to end my contract as my business was suffering and I didn't know where I'd be moving to so couldn't predict where I'd be able to work. They refused - stating "bankruptcy" as the only reason they could end a lease early. This is, of course, ridiculous for sole proprietors. I'm not an LLC, I'm not incorporated - bankruptcy is not part of my landscape. If my business isn't profitable, I simply have to quit. Interestingly, the agreement I signed says nothing at all about bankruptcy. Nor does it state that I can't leave my lease early. I was warned to stay away from Regus; I wish I'd listened. Now, they are taking $310/month from me while providing me zero services of any kind for my money. That, ironically, might actually bankrupt me. Stay away from Regus if you want your small business to succeed.

I signed up for a month to month virtual office agreement. I was advised it would be a $99 signup fee and $90 per month, with first month free. I did ask about additional fees, nope none they said unless I use services like copies, drinks, etc. Agreement set to start ****** 1. I paid the $99, and was not able to pay $90 as there was no invoice available. Since ****** was free, I didn't log in till the end of ****** when I made the $90 payment. Well, by mid September somehow Regus said I owed $329. Apparently there's a monthly mail fee of $30, a they bill a month in advance (so yes they ask for September rent on ****** 1) there's a "retainer fee" of a month's costs, and they knowingly don't tell you about ANY OF THIS, nor do they invoice or email you when these items post to your account - so literally they told me that the only way I would have seen these would be if I "happened to log in." If you don't "happen to log in" to a portal you won't see these charges and then you get $29.50 in late fees that they won't waive. I went to terminate the agreement, and the local office agreed I'm month to month and I needed to pay for October $90 and the late fee of $29.50, which I did and then terminated my agreement online. After termination, I get an email saying I have a 12 month contract and cannot terminate. AVOID these people like the plague. I'll be talking to the Attorney General in my state as well as where they are headquartered and posting this review EVERYWHERE.

My contract was to terminate on 7/9/24, I requested for a termination on 5/3/2024. They automatically renewed the contract and refused to terminate it despite several request. They claimed the renewed contract can't be terminated until it expires. Stay away from this criminals. I have blocked them from continuously charging my account.

Awful. The worst really. My center (********, MT) is never staffed or open the way a business should be. You cannot get any real assistance. They send final demand notices for things that have been paid for some time.Really. Nothing could be worse.
