      Finally got to the person that could help me log into the member benefits site to download insurance cards after three tries with previous customer service reps. ******** this person did worked so I finally can review documents read coverage info to decide if this is the best fit for me.

      I had a very simple billing question and the ****** Services team (all 3 of them) were of no help whatsoever... I finally asked to be put through to someone in billing so that I could get my issue solved. I was put into contact with ***** and let me tell you, it was amazing how she was so helpful, got the answers for me and took care of the situation immediately. She was so personable and easy to talk to and understood everything I was trying to accomplish. What an asset to your team of billing experts!!! Thank you, *****, again for taking such good care and your valuable time to assist me and get my issue solved!!!*****************************
