Ordered leather holsters from this site. Then noticed they had started charging me monthly $49.97 since November 2023! I did not subscribe to anything seems like they automatically apply monthly charges with any purchase made.MCG Tactical

Like others here, I ordered a speed loader for $16.95 from My Crisis Great on 5/3/24. On 5/17/24, I was charged an additional $49.97. I called the phone number provided and was told I had subscribed to a magazine. I told them that I never requested a subscription and do not want. Although I was told they would cancel and reverse the transaction, it has gone through with no reversal. Scam business!MCG Tactical

Purchaser Beware of My Crisis Gear/Ultimate Survival Strategies. Read all reviews and BBB complaints on record. Any purchases from this organization will automatically subscribe you to a continuous monthly billing charge to your credit card. Approximately $ ***** per month. All attempts by you to stop this monthly charge will be ignored; phone calls, emails, letters, etc. A phone call first should be initiated, but remember, document and record all attempts to cancel. Dates, times,names, phone numbers, Records indicates legal action may be required when all else fails.MCG Tactical

My recent experience with this company is frustrating to say the least. Similar to many other- they charge your account without your knowledge and when you call to get information they talk over you and hang up on you. ******* and ***** were the ugliest people I have ever had to speak with. An expensive order this was. $11.85 and now an additional $540.90 since then. Only through an anomaly did I discover I was being charged $54.09 each month on my card. It took a death in the family to discover it. Is this what is called unscrupulous business practice? I ordered 3 knives that were great, however, I did not see the tiny box that needed to be checked if I didn't want to be charged $49.97 monthly for the ability to order at a discounted price. Unfortunately I did not catch that my account was being charged until 7 months later. What a dishonest business practice, there is no recourse, they will not refund. I ordered a small arm holster and long arm strap about 4 months ago. Big mistake.I've been billed on my card 3 months in a row. I didn't notice it until my bank put a lock on my card and they said the charge from my crisis gear raised a concern. That's when I found out I was being charged for the same order repeatedly.
