Do not do business with these people. I have been trying to stop continuous monthly charges they make to my credit card. They falsely claimed that they had stopped when in fact, I was charged again this month. They are not to be trusted. I had to give one star to submit this review. This company goes by several names including Ultimate Survival Strategies, MCG Tactical, and My Crisis Gear. They continue to send misspelled scam emails on a daily basis. I have called several times so far to be taken off their email list. A person by the name of ****** who is extremely rude and argumentative childishly hangs up then blocks my number. It's no wonder why they have so many negative reviews and an F rating.MCG Tactical

Mycrisisgear.com likes to scsm people. Never signed up for a subscription and yet I have been charged for it twice now. I bought a laser back in December. Received the laser but then received an email from my credit card company today about a ***** charge so i went and looked and there was one for last month too. Pretty sneaky and wrong to do so. I just know they will come back and say oh yes you did select it however I made extra sure not to select anything..MCG Tactical

I bought a dash cam & was debited correctly, then 4 days later was charged an additional $47.93. Tried several times to get ahold of company, no response. Stay away from my crisis gear and affiliates. Find a reputable company.MCG Tactical

Scam. Ordered two mini lasers, havent received anything two weeks later except a notice that my payment went through for those.Today my CC had another attempted charge from them for $49.95. I made absolutely sure not to sign up for any monthly subscriptions or anything like that during the checkout process for the lasers, yet they still tried to add me to something. They even had the nads to reach out to me saying my order hadnt gone though because the charge was declinedSome people say their order did come, but some say theirs did not. Watch you credit card closely. I ordered a shoulder bag that came right to me. Then in back to back months they charged my card 2 times for over $50 each. I had to report it as fraud. I never authorized either charge.MCG Tactical

This company is a scam. Their claim of excellent customer service is total B.S. I ordered some rifle slings from them about a month ago and noticed after the transaction went through I noticed that a ten day trial for a monthly magazine subscription for $50.00 p/m had a pre-checked box. I notified them on two occasions via their useless contact form to cancel the subscription within the 10 day so called trial period. They never contacted me back still as of yet but charged my card anyway. I still have not heard back from them nor recieved my rifle slings. I had to file a dispute with my CC company to get my money back. Then I noticed that I was recharged the $40.00 for the slings that I still have not recieved this month. Do not use them, they are a total ripoff.I will be filing another dispute.MCG Tactical

I will never order anything from you all again!! The product I received was a far cheaper version of the product. To top it all off I have been charged $49.97 TWICE!!! I did not sign up for anything and did not order any more products. If something was already checked that is very unprofessional and misleading. I've emailed twice about my money being returned with no response. I will be putting the word out on this scam company and will be speaking to an attorney about possible legal action.MCG Tactical
