    Contacted merchant same day as service, by email.Let them know service was not what I had purchased. I purchased Platinum $350.00 cleaning package with 120 point service/cleaning crew. What was provided was one cleaning person for 4 hours. What he cleaned was cleaned well, but most of 120 points were not cleaned.******** tried to offer same (not purchased) service, to send one cleaner out again.When I informed them that this was not what I had purchased and told them cleaning person did not even show up with their own cleaning supplies and equipment, merchant turned it on me and said it was my fault as they could not be expected to be able to clean as well without their own things (which they did not bring). I sent them photos of the parts of the service not provided (dirty appliances, dirty floors, etc.) they stated they had their own photos (I hope their technician did not take photos of my home as I did not give permission for that) and were retraining their technician, He did an average job, but as they had not provided him with a list or enough time for that level of job, it was not his fault.I told them I wanted some or all of my money back, as they had not provided the service I purchased, and refused to provide it when asked.First cleaning was scheduled and technician was so late we had to reschedule.As soon as the technician arrived I was told he would not clean if I did not pay. I was not comfortable with this but them insisted.When he was done I pointed out all the things that were not done, and he did offer to stay. It was 6 pm and I didnt want a strange man in my home that late. There should have been a crew and they easily would have been done in four hours.I showed him the list and he was shocked. Nobody informed him this was a Platinum service.Then they stopped communicating.As I did not even get a decent house cleaning, at this point I feel I am entitled to a complete refund.

    **Beware... scam cleaning company - - CANDICE CLEANERS ***They will hire you, get you working next day and never pay you after the said pay period Everything is done quickly and virtually They allow you to set up payrole through a company called "Found" They allow you to download a Housecleaning App to see when and where you next cleanings are They allow you to call or text if any problems They allow you to set your own schedule as you please If it's too good to be true it usually is, because around week 2When it comes to payment that's when the problems arise Calls and text stop being answer It's actually clever, in a messed up way they hire people to do the cleanings for them and by the 2nd or 3rd week when that person quits due to non payment they already have more people replacing them. Meanwhile CANDICE CLEANERS Are the only ones getting a check.Sending partial to no payment and making up lies and excuses about customer complaints.I did not get paid properly at all Avoid them at all cost

    This business contracted myself to provide cleaning services for their clients here in ********* ********** on the following dates: Friday December 23rd 2022Monday, December 26th 2022Tuesday, December 27th 2022Payment was discussed but never provided. They had me install a scheduling app which I was later locked out of, and a bank app "FOUND" to direct deposit payments to me for my services. No deposits were made. All correspondence was cut off/ignored. I have been unable to reach anyone I had texts with previously. This company scammed me for hard work. Satisfactory resolution would include a message to them for their wrong doing, a message to any who might seek work through the agency.

    I'm am seeking a refund of $100 paid to Candice Cleaner's as a down payment to do a move out cleaning on 12/28/22. They called the night before claiming the person who was going to clean and her daughter were sick and there were no replacements. I have many, many texts claiming that they had started the refund process. There is no evidence of this. Also, I have repeatedly asked for the $100 to be returned.
