      We closed on our house February 25 2022. We are still waiting on items to be completed from our pre close punch list items. The siding was installed incorrectly according to manufacturing specifications the builder refuses to fix it . They came to fix a portion of it and have not been back since . The wind was causing the siding to be pulled off the house. We are missing stone that was in our initial sales contract . It has been 5 months and nothing is being completed as promised.

The siding will be repaired, re-secured and re-painted. We are working with our contractors to schedule a date for that work to be completed.

      We have been informed the siding was repaired and the rest of the siding was tacked down. The body of the home has been painted. There are no issues with the trim, therefore painting was not needed. The stone on the home is correct and will not match the model home. This work was completed on yesterday, 8/4/2022.

      if I ever buy another home I will NEVER use DR ********************** again. The staff/employees are not professional or courteous. They are incompetent and feed you with nothing but lies and broken promises. Multiple house in neighborhood are experiencing same issues.

      A/C is not flowing into bedrooms. Filed a warranty claim and nobody has reached out. I contacted the A/C company that installed the system and they deferred my claim to the DR ********************** warranty department. No contact from Dr **********************

      I had a leak in my utility room with water all over . Sent a warranty request over to builders . They had ***************** come out and looked at it a week later he said it was probably from a dirty filter. It was just changed like a month and half ago and was barley dirty. I told him my air was always set and ***** I showed him the water damage and across the hall the carpet was soaking wet he didnt seem to care. He said if it still leaked to contact him. Well it got way worse. He sent someone out to look at it. The guy said it was a leak in the wall and he would be out next week to look at it. *** came and looked at the damage and took pictures and didnt seem to care. I emailed him later that night expressing my concerns . He didnt reply until the following night and said they wont cover it under warranty because the filter was dirty and the air was at 62. It was never at 62 and he was lieing. He also said he wouldnt respond to anymore emails about this. The next week the guy came out and fixed the leak he said it was NOT from a dirty filter. Ive tried to email *** and so has my realtor. He wont respond. Worse customer service ever. I have mold all sober the trim and wall in utility room. The house isnt even under warranty. They should be fixing this problem. I emailed the builder to and they never responded either

      We bought a brand new home from Dr ********************** on Jan 28* 2022 in ***************** ********. We have walkout basement stairs going to out backyard. The direction in which walk out stairs are currently wrongly installed as mentioned in plot plan. They should be in the opposite direction where they are now. Currently the stairs are on the slope side of backyard * because of which there's a slipping hazard . Me and my wife both have slipped because of the grade.Our house is still under 1 year warranty* we submitted the warranty request for the same issue( ticket # *******). Our house warranty representative clearly said Dr ********************** will not fix . They have not provided any explanations why Dr ********************** will not fix or offer any other resolution to fix this issue*. I have called warranty rep* local customer care and our Sales Rep * no one is replying and willing to assist us. On the contrary our neighbor also had the same issue with Dr ********************** and Dr ********************** offered to fix the issue * not sure why Dr ********************** is not even willing to help us.We are highly disappointed with Dr ********************** not staying true to there Brand ********* BUILDER.

      Purchased our home in February 2021 . DR ********************** put our concrete driveway in in the snow. We had cracking starting in the driveway shortly after we moved in. We followed up with the multiple superintendents that were covering our house. They said to see if it got bigger. Well it did and I sent pictures to ***** (our current super) and he came out to fix and it looks terrible. Now there is settling . I want it repaired properly. We paid a lot of money for this home for it to be given a quick fix. I will attach photos from the beginning to now (including our supers fix).

We met with the customer and removed all residue from the previous repair.It appears that damage to the driveway may have been caused by a truck that is parked on the edge of the surface. We cautioned the customer to be more aware of how their vehicles are parked on the driveway to avoid future damage. Depending upon the weather, we anticipate having driveway repaired within the week.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I appreciate you coming out to remove what was done as a quick fix. However, I disagree with the cause. One, my husband does not park his truck in that spot. He parks it well above that. We never have weight sitting there- because it cracked right after we moved in and we didnt want to mess it up any further. And two, if it was done properly, we should be able to park on our concrete driveway without it cracking- especially with it being brand new. We hope to have to resolved within a week as well.

      We closed in our new home build 9/28/21. Shortly after moving in we discovered a litany of issues and began reporting them to DR *********************** It wasnt until I sent a strongly worded email in June!!! That they actually responded. The deck that they Installed is unsafe and likely not to actual building code. The electrical wiring is shoddy, the sprinkler system was Installed cheaply causing a massive leak at the foundation of the home, the garage was not dry walled and has tons of exposed wires, they planted dead trees, installed a cracked bath tub, faucets that leaked, etc, etc. they need to be Investigated.

      I buy the new home on December 29* 2021 * the new home is incomplete * missing and broken items* poor construction* until this day have been resolved but nothing has happened* they have been promising me that they will fix everything from the walk-tru. I called the construction supervisor sr.**** * and only promises and he never solved anything* the I send the email to the offices of Dr ********************** * they arrive at the house they were impressed with the all the details and missing things and the stayed to solve and still nothing
