      I have contacted this company 3 times. 1st time was to correct an inaccurately charged ****. I spoke to the representative and she assured me this will be fixed in 21 days as it needs time to finalize. I looked up the file and theres nothing in regards I then called today spent 1hr 15 min talking to 6 different people to then be hung up on by the last person after she had me on hold for 30 min. Im on the phone now and nobody can get me to a manager. Update: manager is on the line shout out ****. After I was assured we wouldnt disconnect, guess what. **** disconnected and hung up. Now I called the 3rd time today sent to 3 different employees for someone to finally actually take a second to look and realize oh yeah something is wrong.. Absolutely the worst customer **********************. Dont even get me started on the lack of professionalism and communication amongst employees. 4 calls and 1 chat later. ***** apparently is the only one who is able to do her job and look up a simple file to see there was an issue. Thank you.
