5 starsI cant recommend The Ambassador enough! After a bad storm, they handled everything for my roofing claim, from the inspection to working directly with my insurance. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Their team was patient, walked me through every step, and made sure I understood what was happening.The work on my roof was top-notch, and they used quality materials that really improved my home. The customer service was fantasticsuper friendly and always available to answer questions. I entered my info in one of those quote estimator websites where they send your info out to multiple companies. Unfortunately this company was one of them. I spoke to ******* over text and he was unprofessional and called me neurotic without asking for any details. Keeping in mind that I kept my composure the entire time, never once acting neurotic, it was only after I said he was harassing me that he began calling names (obviously furthering the harassment). Someone from his company showed up at my home unannounced and they were turned away. I was pretty sure it was the owner (*******), as he looked identical to the picture, but he claims it was not. They proceeded to call me multiple times to which I replied "please text me". I received a text at 12:30am, 5 hours later, which I thought was unprofessional and said so. From here the owner, *******, continued to text me over and over again and I asked him to stop a total of 6 times, even telling him I felt like I was being harassed. He immediately turned it on me saying I was the one harassing him. I have screenshots of our entire conversation, including where I threatened to go to the police if he did not stop. Finally he did, but not before saying "it is again you that are projecting what ever neurosis you're experiencing onto me" and saying he couldn't be my therapist. I have never been gaslit by a professional before, but then again I have never had a professional harass me as he did.

This correspondence is issued on behalf of "The Ambassador", in response to a series of unfounded and defamatory allegations stemming from a visit to a residence by our sales team, pursuant to a lead acquisition through Home Advisor valued at $272. In accordance with standard operating procedures, an automated email and text notification were dispatched to the provided contact details upon acquisition of the lead, followed by a telephonic outreach from a sales representative. Regrettably, these attempts to engage received no response.
In strict adherence to both company policy and Home Advisor's established protocols, our sales team proceeded to the provided address to verify the legitimacy of the lead. It is important to note that our employees conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and respect during their visit. Contrary to the claims made, the interaction was met with unwarranted hostility and abusive language from the resident, which was both uncalled for and in violation of basic decorum.
Subsequent to this encounter, "The Ambassador" has been subjected to a continuous stream of harassing communications, which not only disrupt our business operations but also inflict undue distress on our staff. Such actions are not only unprofessional but potentially fall afoul of ***** statutes related to harassment (Tex. Penal Code ***. *****), which clearly delineate the illegality of actions intended to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment, or embarrass another.
In light of these considerations, and given the baseless nature of the allegations against our company and its representatives, we hereby issue a formal cease and desist demand. We insist on the immediate cessation of all defamatory statements, harassing communications, and any other actions intended to disrupt the business operations of "The Ambassador" Failure to comply with this demand will leave us with no alternative but to consider legal remedies to protect our interests.
