    RLSD sold me a defective doll. I contacted customer support and they stated that they would ship a replacement ASAP. I waited almost 2 weeks. No updates. No tracking info. No proof of a replacement being shipped. I contacted customer support and they would not give me any updates. I have filed a dispute with paypal and am waiting for the outcome. The customer service rep threatened me, stating that if I did not close/cancel the dispute, that she would have me blacklisted.

    This customer had the doll in his possession for over two months (from March 20th - May 22nd, 62 days) before he contacted us that his doll's leg was broken. We do not know what may have happened with the doll during those 2-months, if he mishandled it, if it had an accident, or what was done to cause the break in the skeleton. There is no way for us to know what occurred. Even so, as a good-faith gesture, we offered to replace the doll with immediate shipping. However, he asked us to hold shipment until June 19th. We replied to every single message from him, including agreeing on June 9th (replying the same day in the same email thread), to have ************* initiate shipment on June 19th, and let him know we would send him tracking as soon as we received it from *************. (************* is in *****, their warehouse is in **********, a 12-hour time difference, so although in motion, the shipment would take a day to get on the road).   But before that could even be completed, He, by his own oversight of our message and jumping to false conclusions he filed a dispute at 8am June 20th out of sheer meanness and spite and he would not listen to reason no matter how hard we tried. He then threatened and harassed us to the point that we had no choice but to withdraw our good-faith offer and instead, respond to the paypal dispute. He has since continued to be unreasonable, rude, demeaning, and threatening to the point that we have had to block his communications entirely and we no longer wish to do business with him in any way. In response to his flat out lies, his continued abuse and threats, the fact that he had the doll for over two months before even reporting an issue, and since there is no way for anyone to know what actually occurred to break the doll, we felt that a 50% refund was more than a fair offer.  He refused and still continues to try and bully us into submission with threats and defamation.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I only had posession of the item for 5 weeks when the weld broke. for 5 of those weeks, I was not home.  I had asked for an update from seller in which she responed with : you will get it when we get it. No further information was given. I waited until Jun 20th to file a dispute. If the item had shipped on the 19th as promised, I would have had tracking information from Fedex.  I did not receive tracking information. I have done extensive research, and the broken weld is a common problem with this product. The seller is selliing defective product at inflated prices. They then offer a so called 50% refund. Due to the inflated prices, the seller is sttill making a profit even after offering the refund. If I pay $1799 for a product,  I expect it to last more than a few weeks.  Also, the only thing that can cause a new weld to break is it had to be defective weld.  The weld and/or materials used to make the product are not strong enough to support the intended use of the product. It was a defective product due to poor quality control and questionable manufacturing processes.
