    RLSD is a ripoff website. They are knowingly selling defective products. The owner doesn't care. Once they make the sale and have your money, they are done with you.

    This persons review is completely untrue and constitutes blatant libel defamation.  He has been harassing us non stop over many websites and though emails because he is bitter that has has been unable to successfully bully us. His continued lies and abuse goes to prove his true nature and character. 

    We are proud to have garnered well over a thousand 5-star reviews and countless testimonials from satisfied customers. This overwhelmingly positive feedback has earned us an outstanding reputation for exemplary customer service within our industry. Unfortunately, the current situation represents a rare divergence, stemming from misunderstandings and overlooked communications.

    The customer reported an issue with the doll's leg after a significant duration of two months (March 20th - May 22nd, 62 days) after receiving the doll. During this time, the cause of the breakage remains unknown. It could have resulted from mishandling or an accidental event. It took over 2 more weeks for the customer to send us the photos/video that we requested showing the issue, and even despite the lack of clarity regarding the cause of the damage, on June 9th, we offered to immediately ship a replacement doll as a gesture of good faith. At the customer's request, however, we agreed to delay the shipment until June 19th to accommodate his schedule. 

    Our team responded promptly to each communication on the same day, in the same email thread, agreeing to the customer's timeline and ensuring the initiation of the shipment on the requested date by *************. It's important to note here that ************* is based in *****, with a 12-hour time difference from their in-stock warehouse in **********. Therefore, the shipment could reasonably take 1-2 days to be completed, just as the original in-stock doll shipment did.

    Unfortunately, before this process could be completed, the customer prematurely filed a dispute at 8 AM on June 20th. This action was taken without proper consideration of our communication and efforts to resolve the situation. The customer further exacerbated the situation with threats and harassment, leaving us with no option but to retract our goodwill offer and formally respond to the PayPal dispute.

    We maintain our professionalism even as the customer's behavior continues to escalate, with threats and defamation attempts. In light of the circumstances, including the two months he had the doll and the uncertainty around the cause of the damage, we proposed a fair offer of a 50% refund. The customer declined our offer and has since engaged in ongoing disparagement by spreading false claims about our company across the internet, in an apparent attempt to tarnish our respected reputation.

    We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and will always strive to find a solution that suits all parties. We hope that this statement clarifies the situation and illustrates our ongoing commitment to fair and respectful business practices.

    Having not been give the supreme opportunity to purchase their product, I can only speak to their customer service (which I hope was limited to me) on the 16th of June, I made an inquiry to their site and received no response until moments ago when I told them:''Since you have found no time in 3 days to respond to my email, please feel free to not do so at all. I will make other arrangements. Continued Success (but not with me)''Their response: ''It was Father's *** weekend ****. We have families. Agreed though, we don't think we are a good fit for you. Best wishes. Kindest Regards, Your RLSD Team''So pardon me from explaining my situation and my confusion that money is no longer and necessary prerequisite for purchase, I didn't realize I needed a psychological evaluation? And by the way thank you for the courtesy of the perfunctory reply to my email without being prompted have a good day.You wished us a good day ****, and we wished the same to you! Whatever problem you are imagining with us is yours, not ours. We are happy pleasant people and have no interest in this. Please stop emailing us trying to elicit an argument.and finally:So sorry my personal issues and bank account did not meet your high standards.I suspect there are other forces at play here, but as you pointed out with your excellent t** for tat customer service skills, this is also my problem.Sorry to have troubled you by inquiring about purchasing your product.It would seem that ***** is not the only one sensitive about questions.Such as '' why do I see models on your site which I see and have seen on **** for years?''     We're really sorry we didn't get back to your email during the holiday weekend. Then on Monday morning you stated that you'd rather take your business elsewhere and didn't want us to reply, which didn't leave us much room to help with your original questions.
    From your emails, it felt like we might not be what you're looking for, especially with the intense nature of your messages. In fact, you mentioned having trouble with other providers, too. So, to keep things chill, we had to block the combative emails you were sending.
    Your review talks about a purchase from another company, but just to clear things up since it's blanked out - that wasn't us. Any problems you had with them are unfortunately something we can't fix.
    There seems to be a bit of confusion, ****. You're not one of our customers, but we still tried to keep things respectful, even when the communication got ****** Some things in your review don't even make sense to us.
    After our experiences, we still think we're not the right fit for you going forward. It's always important to find a business that can meet your needs in a way that works for both parties.

    To answer your placating email, I am not a customer of yours because I am too old and too poor to qualify for your high standards to buy your product.Or is it perhaps, the fact that I questioned whether your dolls were original since I see them everywhere else and you took umbrage with that?So I assume you're going to post your response to my criticism on your website or on the better Business bureau website I'm sorry, so everybody knows what a great company you are which I have no idea if you are or not because you didn't allow me to have the pleasure of buying from you because I didn't realize it was such a supremely exclusive opportunity?So you need to bother respond again because I don't care, because you're right I don't see the sense of paying $2,000 for a $500 doll I can get on ***** so please leave me alone now you proven what a wonderful company you are and how caring you are except for the fact that if you express the fact that you're old or poor and you might have problems paying for it but you're willing to take out a credit card for it?Or is it perhaps the fact that I complained about the dolls I got from **** and you suspect that I'm going to take a $2,000 sale and make you eat it?
