      I scheduled my 2018 Tesla for service on July 11, 2024 to have the ** repaired. I was told the condenser failed and was provided an estimate for repair. I paid for it and the repair was conducted. The night I received the car back from the repair, error codes came up indicating a temp sensor and condenser failure. I took it back to Tesla and they ended up replacing a blower motor. On that repair they also found the condenser line wasn't properly connected on the previous repair and flooded the front floorboards with water. **** ***************** Manager) accepted full responsibility but has yet to fix the **, as it still doesn't work properly and the carpet now smells mildewed and is starting to mold. Tesla's customer service is horrible.

      You're scammers. In your 0.99% APR promotion you stated that a 250 minimum credit score is required. In fact, it turned out not to be so at all, and this is confirmed by my experience and the experience of my friends. I believe that you simply stole $250 from me because you misled me with your false advertising.

      Ive had issues with my inverter and powerwalls since install. Home energy usage is being misrepresented which is actually costing me money at times. I reached out to support who escalated up to tier 2 support which took 2.5 weeks to respond. Their fix didnt work and they said theyd re-escalate to tier two. 2 weeks later I call to find out they never escalated and will now need to escalate again which will take 2-3 weeks. I requested to speak to a manager/supervisor and was told Id receive a call in 48 hours. I never did.Im 8 weeks in, no solution, dealing with terrible customer service, with a product that is costing me money at times.

      I had Tesla Solar installed solar system at my house and had some issues but could never be able to get hold of customers for services. They offer no services at all!!

      Person named ****** ****** who's Tesla Insurance adjuster is not doing his work professionally, and gave me attitude for his own mistake by reserving car rental appointment without asking or follow instructions. His manager ******************************* is also covering up for his employee without assigning me a new adjuster. Pure garbage company from top to bottom.

      Im recently trying to lease a new Tesla Y after my previous lease was expired. (1) They offered a ghost phone number for customer communications thru text msg only unless you come in their sales office. (2) ***** financial summary In their App offered NO APR info unless you verify with sales in their sales office in person. APR they offered me has changed three times from like 1.99%, to 6.99%, now to 9.99% in the past two weeks. (3) Confirmation for car delivery has changed a few times from right before June 30 2024 which is likely their quarterly end, now to July 5. Ive owned a few Teslas for the past 8 years but found their customer services getting worser to very bad.

      Tesla does not care about the safety of its customers. Technicians are not trained and do not have the capabilities to fix multiple issues that arise. The poor quality build is unacceptable and these vehicles should not be allowed to be sold until these issues are addressed and closely monitored by the *****

      Worst car experience of my life unhelpful staff , inexperienced technicians, rude customer service. In the three years of owning the vehicle there was not more then a month before something was wrong

      Solar program is a joke and customer support is non existent. I was scheduled and communicated conflicting service dates, and lead times for service are 6+ months. Chat bots through an app get you absolutely nowhere.
